I come here every so often for lunch and the food and service is always spot on. The speaker quality is also perfect and the people working are personable. The prices are low for what you get and that will also keep me coming back. Once they forgot 1 taco on my order- I went back thru the drive thru and they happily gave me 2. You do not get that kind of generosity at fine dining let alone fast food. I wish the owner of this location would open an Edmond location.

How dare you call yourself a 24 hour store. This should be changed because this is completely false advertisement. I pulled up in the drive thru @4:30a.m. and was told its Door Dash or Uber Eats orders only when I just came thru the drive thru to pick up a Door Dash order. Yall can’t even provide food to the drivers delivering your food is just ridiculous and I can guarantee you I’ll be a whole lot more selective on the orders I pick up from there from now on if I even take any orders from here. This left a BAD taste in my mouth much like the food. So you did me a favor. I guess I should be thanking you instead. Do better!

When I pulled up to the second window, the worker looked visibly angry I did not have payment ready as soon as she asked for it. She said nothing, shut the door, and when I got my food the fries were stuffed in the bag upside down. They had obviously been stuffed like that intentionally.

Went in to order and the manager told me to go ahead and order from the kiosk , I assumed he was busy so I went ahead and order through kiosk as I’m ordering another white blue eyes couple comes in and he immediately address them and takes there order it was very evident that he didn’t want to serve me do to my color . Will not be returning very uncomfortable and very sad .

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in. Quickly had my order taken and within a few minutes I was leaving with hot fresh food. Always love the tacos miss the bacon cheddar wedges but they always have good menu and meal options. This location has always done a great job anytime I have stopped in.
So today on this day May 5th 2025 I was trying to ask a nice simple easy question to one of the workers on the phone so easy I asked if they had snack Banger tacos and she sighed and hung up on me I was so devastated I was just trying to get my son some food and I guess you want my child to starve who would want their child to starve okay I don't accept this kind of behavior service is horrible I hate the atmosphere it made me feel all stinky and crummy and hold on the food okay I didn't even get to try the food first of all because she hung up on me like what kind of service is this I was expecting oh and yes we have that and we would love to get you started on your order know I received a hang up so for this whole entire paragraph essay whatever you call this I rate one star. thanks . this place sucks.

Drive thru wait was a little long, but the food was so fresh and good! I am fine waiting a little longer for fresh food. Totally hit the spot. I didn’t see his name tag, but the gentleman working the window was very friendly. I had the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich Combo and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger.

I don’t understand how hard it is to hire a good Gm for this location, every night around 9:30-11pm it’s takes 5 minutes a customer to get out of the drive thru, the line is so long they don’t even move with sense of urgency. It’s crazy to me how this jack in the box has lasted so long, the employee are smoking behind the trash and the managers are giving breaks when it’s rush period? I’m just very confused on who and how this restaurant is being ran… they need new leadership, and training.

I live in Florida and I can tell you that I miss Jack tacos more than any other food. It was a delight to find this one in OKC.
And the staff was fast, efficient and friendly!
