I’m a dasher and went in to get the order. I stood there for 3 minutes nobody acknowledged me until then and a girl told me you gotta tell us you are here. I was in site of four people not one said anything. The guy with the beard was a jerk and said well I have people in front of you so you have to wait anyways. I WILL NEVER BE HERE AGAIN!!!

Burgers are not big like they used to be but are a regular size, flavor is great and they made it to order.
Great food. They couldn't find the mobile order even though it was right in front of them. It was actually funny them arguing. Then the manager comes and says. It's right here.
Drive through service was absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious as always ! Especially their famous tacos! Check it out yall !

Every time I go to this location something goes wrong. Placed an online order today, went inside to pick it up and the cashier was so rude, ignored me for 3 minutes then didn’t even greet me she just said “alright what?” I ordered 3 burgers and only received one, i even asked her if all the burgers were in there and she said yes.. I was already home by the time I realized. It’s frustrating spending hard earned money just to not receive your full order.

I really appreciate the lady who checked us out the other night. She saw my boyfriend's USSA card instantly knew to give him a military discount. It warmed our hearts. Everyone was super friendly!Thank you guys ! 💖
I'd give it 5 stars, if the drive thru line was faster. Just goes to show how delicious the food is if people are willing to wait so long.

The night crew is absolutely amazing I go here quite often whenever I get off work around 330 to 4 am and always get the spicy grilled chicken jack wraps sometimes tacos or whatnot I wish I knew their names , but they always make my food fresh and it is made without error and they don't forget to put my sauce in the bag In the food taste amazing....
But when I go during the day I stopped Even bothering because when I do The food is terrible.It's not fresh it's old it's Drowned in sauce sloppy cold idk but good job night crew you are appreciated!!! I used to go to wataburger whenever I got off now I come to jack in the box!

Visited this location cause it was the closest in the area where we were shopping. Haven’t have good Jack in the Box since leaving Cali, so we took a trip through drive thru. Made a large order and the guy who was working the window was patient with us. Repeated our order to make sure it was correct and gave us our total. Once we paid we were asked to park and wait for our food as we already knew that would be the case with the size of the order. He gave us our drinks and shakes and the wait time was under 10 minutes. Our food was hot and fresh and I only had to run back in cause we needed more ketchup and napkins which the gave me plenty in a small bag. Will definitely return and look forward to good food again. Thank you’ll!
