Unfortunately, this location struggles with employees That obviously don't want to be there. The egg Rolls i ordered had been sitting for a few hours evidently. And then they threw them back in a deep fryer to make them hot for me. So they were burnt to a crack like crunch and tasted burnt. The burger was really sloppy and you almost didn't see any employees. I went back for some sauce and stood there for several minutes before anybody happened to notice I was standing there. The restaurant was relatively clean, though. Very much a shame. Because I really love Jack in the box. And the prices. They charge for those egg rolls. They should have been fresh.

They unplug there phones when they don't want to do there jobs and then laugh about it. Some people don't get paid what they are relying on. I just lost my place to live so food delivery is important but to make sure they didn't have to remake a order they didn't confirm that the correct person got the order. They told me they would answer the phone for doordash to remake the order but unplugged the phones instead. This isn't moraly reasonable to those who rely on this pay I drove for 12 mins to get to this store for them to laugh at me

Lady at the front gave attitude on order, obviously an order with 16 items would need more than 2 sauces and claimed to have a charge on any more 4, where as online it states 8 free sauces per order on the jack in the box app. I don’t care for the sauces but she should get that attitude in check ? it’s not that serious, if said correctly I would have just paid money isnt the problem. next time we will just split the order 4 times and get 16 sauces, logic. Matt was cool though
