How are yall gonna be 24 hours but so many times I’ve came during early hours of 2am - 4am and they always are saying they aren’t taking orders or they have taken their last order but yet continue to work and get paid for standing around. I once stayed in the parking lots next door to them for a few hours and they turned everyone away but didnt close the store ? I don’t understand

Didn't even get my order waited 25 mins while the crew argued about it. The girl working was trying but all the guys she was working with were disrespectful to her while she was just trying to get our order out. Ended up requesting a refund and left. Even that took another 10mins. On top of that when we arrived they listed about 15 items they didn't have in stock. Absolutely terrible experience

I’ve been to many Jack in the Box locations and loved their food, but this time it was mediocre at best. The service was awful—the guy didn’t even try to accommodate my order. Every time I added something, he kept trying to end the order as if I was done. Really disappointing.

So short and rude thru the drive thru. Vanessa could learn a few tips on customer service. $14 for a burger, fries, and drink seems way high for jack in the box? And they took forever for those few items.. be better guys!

Slowest jack in the box ever! I was the only one in line and it took 15 minutes to make 1 breakfast Jack and two tacos, I'll never come here again!
After waiting over 20 mi urea for my food in the drive thru my food was ice cold and there was no ice in my drinks. So I had hot drinks and cold food. Very disappointed I drove far to come here.

So much for being 24 hours. I went last night. Stayed in the drive through for 30 MINUTES. There were only 4 cars ahead of me!! I FINALLY make it up to the box when they tell me "Sorry but I just took my last order." I try to ask for some sort of explanation only to be ignored entirely. So I leave the drive through line only to then see cars in line behind me then get helped! Unacceptable!!! I will not be returning this this establishment ever again.

I ordered a smashburger combo, was told they were completely out of sides (fries, rings, mini tacos...) when my burger was up they told me they were out of the sauce for the smashburger. Staff was nice, place was clean, but running out of the basics? Not cool.
