They have new management! My husband and son love Jack in the Box but we tried not to go to this particular location due to how dirty it was and how slow they were. My husband went again and to our surprise the place looked so much cleaner, and the service was great! We realized it was because they are under new management.

Their ordering speaker in the drive thru is garbled on both ends. The person inside and I had issues hearing each other which led to a sandwich I didn't want lol.

Usually this is the best box in the city…went last night everything smelled like a pack of cigarettes when they opened the window ….then my food the bag the napkins where smoked out everything tasted like menthols 2/10

Usually out of the food you want to order and the main dining area is always closed.
We always order the egg rolls and they’re better if they’re cooked a little longer where they’re crunchier, but they are hot all the time.
