Wish I could no stars for this location. Inside never ever open and as a door dash driver you are stuck going thru drive thru which they take one order at a time make that persons order and move to the next person once that one car is done. Omg are the extremely rude and hateful and omg so disrespectful. I am working with door dash to get them removed from door dash as we sit for long periods just to pick an order because inside is never open doesn’t matter if it is 11am or 7pm inside always closed. Then when you try and call to chat with a human to file a complaint corporate is always closed. Hope door dash gets rid of this restaurant I refuse to go there

Drive-thru is slower than molasses. I set in line for 20 minutes. What really sucks is I was late to work because the drive-thru has barriers to where you can't even pull off if you absolutely had to

The food is great but the service is absolute garbage and it is always a hit or miss if they feel like serving you or not. I have went there three times late at night and one time they have served me. the other times they say sorry we are not taking orders right now because theyre doing some thing else.My advice is stop pretending to be open 24 hours or maybe change the sign to open whenever The employees feel like it. It’s very disappointing and it makes me not want to come here anymore

Last few times Ive been here I ask for tacos.... "Im sorry we're currently out of tacos" okits fine once or twice. But its been 5 or 7 times in a row! And its part of the munchie meal so We get shorted on food but still charged for all of it? I wont quit returning to Jack in the box but hate having to drive across town to another one or getting something else elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointing Service ExperienceMy recent visit to this Jack in the Box was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the service was subpar and unacceptable.Upon entering the drive-through, I encountered numerous issues. The attendant continuously attempted to provide me with the wrong order despite my clear instructions, displaying a concerning lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, they rushed me through the line without consideration for accuracy or customer satisfaction.The situation escalated when the attendant failed to return my credit card and receipt. Despite making multiple attempts to contact the store using the provided phone number, my calls went unanswered, leaving me stranded and frustrated. Even when a family member arrived with photographic ID to retrieve the card, the lack of a manager on the premises and the attendant's inability to provide accurate information regarding the store's phone number only added to the chaos.As a result of this incompetence, I was forced to alter my plans and return to the store after dropping off my children at the state line. This experience was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable.I urge Jack in the Box to address these issues promptly and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers deserve better treatment and service quality.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Jack in the Box location based on my recent experience. It is my hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their standards of service.

I'm in at truck and trailer and can't go through the drive - through. Showed up at 9:30. The dining room is closed. Says the dining room is open from 6 am to 10 pm. Tried calling the store, and there was no answer. Honestly, pathetic.
