Did a mobile order suppose to be ready at 12:08 pm. Got in drive thru line at 12:06. Waited for 38 minutes just to receive cold food. There were at least 3 associates working. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

I waited like 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. It was very slow yet very busy…only 3 people behind the counter and the cooks had no pace at all. I’ve worked in fast food so I know there should be more than 3 people behind the counter. They are very unorganized. I’m never coming to this location again.

Worst freaking place ever during night shift I'm a doordasher and waited more than 35 minutes I checked into the drive-thru and told me to pull ahead and then I still waited for like seven other customers that were before me before I got to the window and then they told me that I need to pull around and wait in their I waited an additional 35 minutes they really need to fix that issue and to be honest I wouldn't even rated it at one star but I have to in order to write a review

Basically refused to make what I ordered. "Because they were frozen" is what I was told. Was extremely rude and argumentative. I will not be going back to this location. I went straight to the location at 240 and May, no problems getting what I wanted.

The 3 women that were behind the counter were beyond rude. I will never come to this location again. My fries were cold and stale I tried to tell them that at the window but the over sized woman didn't even acknowledge us they just handed us the order and closed the window. There wasn't anyone behind us so it's not like they were in a rush there wasn't anyone inside ordering so I don't understand why so much attitude when all I asked was can you please remake these fries they're cold and stale then the 2 of the large women started to say well eat them we made them fresh when you ordered them. I told them no I'm not feeding this to my family can you please remake them they grabbed the fries in an angry manner and threw the fries away and finally started making my fresh fries. I told them thank you after I received the fries and they didn't even acknowledge me just ignored me. If you work in fast food maybe have a better attitude or change your job.

The food took an extremely long time to be ready. The employees on the night shift are rude two of them flipped me off because I threw my trash away. Paying customers are supposed to be able to dispose of their trash not be harassed and insulted by the employees of whom I gave my money too. I have been a life long fan of jack in the box but this location has shaken my faith in jack to its core. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. My two small children had the displeasure of seeing the vulgar gestures put forth by the employees. I am re thinking going to jack in the box ever again after this experience.

First time in 30 years I've been to a Jack in The box it was very disappointed. I don't know how you can serve food that's supposedly cooked to order come up yet still ends up being cold. Everything on the menu is a heart attack with fake food.
The Jack in the box that I remember had fresh food that was cooked to order. The food was healthy and had a good flavor to it. This experience was just completely opposite.
The manager is rude and has a nasty attitude! She was breathing her nasty breath on my food! I looked through the glass window and seen her scoop up another customer ice with her hands! She needs to be watched . I didn't want my order after that

Employes were rude ,first employee in Rick and Morty hoodie needs to learn to do his job and not be a crybaby and staring rude when we get to front window complaing he can't do it. Other employee denied giving us more napkins.wouldnt recommend ,employees are too rude.
