I ordered from this restaurant a 26$ order and they sent out a doorsash driver named Keith with my order. I waited for the next 30 minutes and after that it said "dasher was having trouble with finding my adress". Instead of calling me like a dasher should they didn't even try to contact me, but instead either dropped off my order at a random house or took it for themselves. For over 30 minutes I called back and forth between doordash and jack in a box and eventually was adressed a refund. Never again will I be doing that or ordering from their app.

Don't go at night ,they wont give you the right order ,they will always forget your sauce even if they charge you ,also if it's taking to long to make something they just leave it off your order , thanks for nothing night crew
Asked what was on a product answer was IDK sounds right though also tried to call about my messed up order but of course no answer inside the store who would of thought lol . I'm not pleased with my food at all especially the gross amount of mustard my burger had on it . Also out of all your employees no one even acknowledged me welcome me nor said thank you. Sure I won't be coming back here seeing I couldn't eat my food nor get anyone to answer a phone to complain. Bad customer service at this location.
Vegetarian options: It's okay but my veggies were not very fresh and not crispy looking good at all and did not get all I asked for
Being honest this is a fast food restaurant and as such it isn't about calories because ur eating fried foods that are processed so expect to blow your daily limit if u have one.
Parking: To access parking from the service Rd for i35 you have to pull into the parking for the hotel and circle back around to the bldg. If u are approaching from west bound sw 44th then u have a rather steep upward hill to navigate before turning into the smallish parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kid sized meal option with a few selection for entree.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few low top tables available for seating. They also have the handicap accessible bathroom stall however to access bathroom you need the code from staff.
I was actually not able to order. It was 3:30am and was told they have some kind of update and can’t take any orders till 4:20. Site showed they close at 4am, so not sure why these “updates” are not done after that. Went to Taco Bell instead!

I ordered a #9 combo with onion rings, Oreo milkshake for my fiancé and mini tacos for a homeless man that was really hungry.
The #9 was pretty dry and tasteless and the bun was like eating the consistency of play dough. I was excited for the sauce on it, but there was hardly any on it. The onion rings tasted good but they were so hard and cut my mouth up that I couldn’t enjoy them. My fiancé only drank about 1/6 of the milkshake and asked me if I wanted it, so I’m going to go ahead and say that he didn’t care for it. I hope that the guy I have the mini tacos to at least enjoyed his food.
Also, when I was getting rang up at the screen my total said $14 something, but when I checked how much I paid it was $19 something. I don’t understand where the extra $5 went and I wouldn’t have paid that much for that meal.
