All around good place if you want that Louisiana Cajun/Creole fix. If you love beer or cocktails, they have a PLETHORA of choices, so many that you'll have to come back many times to try them all.

This place is only good for atmosphere ONLY. Food was horrible and lacked plate presentation, bathrooms were horrible looking and super small, alcohol 🍷 drinks were so watery and expensive like the small portions of food. 🥘 t was like I ordered off kids menu I DIDNT. My food was 26 bucks & a fast food meal looked and tasted better. Save your money for real food service was nice but super slow in food and drinks

The saturation of my Chicken Alfredo is truly dissatisfying. My word. I have a picture and video.

I came with my boyfriend. The service was okay. The hosts were not all friendly. Some hosts were very nice and some hosts just look like they absolutely hate their job which means they give off an unfriendly attitude. The setting is very nice but unfortunately the food was AWFUL. The Alfredo is pure oil; no flavor. The fried items (coconut shrimp or catfish) cold and had no seasoning. The server was nice but not accommodating. This place used to be good. Please do not waste your time here at all. I give honest/fair reviews and this is as honest as I can get. Judgement is definitely passed on here by staff. I could have went to Cajun corner (better food) but I chose here. Absolutely disgusting. I have gave this place a chance before and I will NEVER EVER again.

I made reservations and
took my wife here for a Valentines dinner and I must say we regret it. I was expecting great food with great service, but it was the opposite, this place is ran by teenagers that don’t care and they show it, it seemed like we were an inconvenience to our waitress. After being seated for way too long, I finally had to go find someone and ask if we could be served, turns out we had been forgotten about, they weren’t even busy. Once the food finally came out it was wrong and so that left us waiting longer. We were polite the entire time and still left a tip, but we do not plan on going back.

Me and my wife were seated quickly BUT had to wait 25 min before the server came and introduced herself. She took our orders and proceeds to act as if we were an inconvenience to her day. Instead of checking on us to make sure we were okay, we had to flag down other waitresses to get her attention. The food was amazing but the service was terrible.

Went to Valentine's Day, had a wonderful time. Made a reservation thankfully and highly recommend doing. Food was phenomenal and drinks were amazing too. Live music was entertaining and good vibes. Highly recommend going for the vibes and overall ambiance!

Everything was excellent. We had lunch chicken bon ton, lunch blackened catfish, hush puppy appetizer, and bread pudding dessert. Hush puppies were great, $10 might be a little on the high side for price, but still very good. Bread pudding was awesome, would liked to have had a little more sauce on it/with it, but still very good and perfectly cooked. Zero recommendations for improvement on the Chicken Bon Ton. Had one side, mushrooms, and they went perfectly with the meal. Good flavors and chicken was juicy and crisp. Blackened catfish when mixed on the fork with Mac and cheese and the etouffe was a great flavor! I always enjoy the building Bourbon Street is in. I don't love paying $10-$20 to park just to go east somewhere, but I suppose that's just part of it. Overall, I have never gone wrong eating at Bourbon Street, both the OKC location and the Tulsa location.

Won’t take walk-in’s because the place is empty.
