Jersey Mike's Subs

While walking into the store at least two employees were openly coughing which I understand sometimes you can't help in which you should wear a mask. Throughout the 15ish minutes spent in store all 4 of the employees had a cough and didn't seem to care were it landed. I wanted to ask about the none dairy bread option which I saw online and wanted to make sure that they had it which was wheat. (My BF is allergic to dairy and the only reason we came was due to getting a gift card so we thought we'd give it a try.) The guy stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language and then started telling me things I already knew. Like just don't put chz etc on the sandwich. Point is - Dirty store, employees don't know the nutritional facts about product and done seem to care to. We got 2 sandwiches and while they were being made one guy sent to the back and started smoking out the back door. I mean the whole experience was just off...

Dietary restrictions: We had a dairy allergy and looked online for options. Asked to make sure the wheat was in fact dairy free while in store. All 4 employees had no clue and didn't even care to figure it out or just simply say ya know idk I'm sorry...

I love this place... I am big on subs but why doesn't this place have salads.. because sometimes people don't want the bread and it's like how are you going to make me a sandwich without bread??

was there for lunch on 11/14 around 2pm and was told they was out of bread, wasn't sure what happen or they was out of bread, its a sandwich place.

Every time I come to this location I always get the same attitude from the lady at the register. One time I came in and I asked where I would pickup an online order and she ask me the name on the order, and tells me that it’ll be done at the time I scheduled it for, that wasn’t what I asked. Today as we’re checking out she hands me the bag and says here’s your bag, without my belongings in there, basically telling me to bag my own stuff. I was still waiting on one more sandwich at that. It just feels very rushed and un customer service like.

This has become my favorite Jersey Mikes location. The customer service is top notch through down time or lunch rushes. I really appreciate the staff at this location. If you visit this location, be sure to tip and review them. They all deserve it. If the right person sees this, be sure to praise your employees. Monetary acknowledgment wouldn’t hurt. With Jersey Mike’s it doesn’t matter which location you go to. Each one is going to have excellent food and service!

My go-to is still The Veggie. I’ve been getting it for years, and I’m still not tired of it!

On a corporate level, I love all the philanthropy this company does! They have their “Day of Giving” and other events to contribute their profits to the regional food bank, Special Olympics, Susan G Komen Foundation, and other nonprofit organizations! Super cool!

The best sub in OKC. I even tried alot of other sub places. neptune. no don't go to neptune. so bad they give you nothing so little lettatce. so little everything. but not jersey mike. they hook it up. and they make the sub taste so good you go insane craving it everyday. its all I can think about. Please this is the best sandwich shop in OKC PERIOD

I wish they had one here. Love the subs. No one else like them!! We came here after our win in court with a deadbeat. I was hungry after my lawyers made my day. I might be back if my lawyers have to make a repeat production.

was at this place to pick up an order around noon on may 1st 2024. the order wasnt ready when i arrived so i politely asked about how long it will take to be ready. when i asked the second time about 10 minutes since I arrived a lady with light brown or dirty blonde hair told me that she is just about to finish up the order. then she practically threw the bag at me and muttered something while walking away. I asked if she was upset about me asking about the order and she denied her mannerisms.
