I come here ATLEAST once a month. The employees are the best, super friendly and professional. My sandwhich is made 100% everytime. I don’t care what anyone says this is the best jersey mikes. This location today 5/18/25 has the most unprofessional, slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. People stood in line, OLD people for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take their order. The white man with tattoos on his right arm looks like he was on drugs. He was struggling to get the sandwiched together.
The Hispanic guy working the deli slicer had a giant hickey on his neck and did not seem to have any pep in his step. He was casually walking around, laughing, taking his sweet time, giving attitude to the customers. There were 5-6 other people waiting for to-go on the other side.
The line did not move and not one employee seemed eager to get the line moving. This is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this location at all.

Just left there a minute ago on this Super Bowl Sunday! Got some absolutely fire giant subs for the big game! Malachi helped me out. He had an awesome attitude, signed me up for an account, got me points right off the bat, was informative, careful with the food prep (all of the employees were on point and had great attitudes and prepped the food well and had on point service!). They literally cleaned the board they make the subs on in-between sandwiches. The were very precise with everything, and honestly that goes a long way. As a business owner, I know what it's like to have wasted goods that could bring in money and they were just absolutely on point with everything. This is the best I have felt in a while about not only an ordering experience, but I would rate their customer service and just how they do things overall, lightyears better than most dine-in restaurants i've been to. Malachi was awesome, and I can't say enough good things about him. I could tell he was a younger guy, possibly in college or about to graduate high school. His work ethic is already more effective than people twice as age that I see at other places around the city. This Jersey Mike's on NW 63rd-ish and May blows the one on Memorial and Penn out of the water. This is my new spot. I don't leave reviews very often, so they must have done something very very very right🤙

Horrible place. I placed an order for 3 sandwiches they all had ingredients we did not ask for 1 sandwich had HAIR!!!!!!! Very rude and had an attitude after asking for Jersey Mike's Wednesday free chips and drink they discussed on the phone prior to picking up . 0/10
