This was the first time having Jersey Mike's Subs. The overall consensus from the rest of the family was, subs were so so, kind of plain, no great taste, no plans to visit again. We all agreed that Jimmy John's had better tasting subs. The subs we had were: #13 The Original Italian, #65 Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak, #16 Chicken Philly, #6 Roast Beef and Provolone.

Jersey Mike’s is great but this location is awful. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and it’s just progressively gotten worse and worse. Orders are always wrong. You’ll get much better service elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and drive to another JM location.

I ordered a number 8 and there was no bacon & no mayo. Then the lady told me my chips were in the bag and sure enough they were not. I love Jersey Mikes typically but not this one. This isn’t the first time they have forgotten my chips and left ingredients off my sandwich which is why I decided to write the review finally

The sandwiches are some of our favorites in the city. HOWEVER the bread was so hard that we had to request new bread for our sandwiches. It didn't seem hard by looking at it but it was rough. They were kind about it and accommodating which we appreciated. We also always find it to be clean which is nice.
Ive been coming to this location for years and its just gotten worse. I dont know how this one girl is still working here. Shes been here for maybe 2 years and is literally the worst worker ive seen anywhere ever. You dont clean up before close, you dont refuse service before you close. Thats not how you run a business, i came in 30 minutes before close(8:30p) and everything was cleaned up and the employees were looking at me like im the idiot. Im not one to right bad reviews, ever, but ive been dealing with this JM for years and ive had too many issues not to. Please for the love of god, take care of it.

I eat here every once and a while. It happened to be lunch time when I last went there. The line was backed up all the way to the door. Much to my surprise they were on it and the wait was much less than expected.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - horrible, horrible customer service. i was helped by a gentleman with a long ponytail who made it seem like his sandwich making duty was equivalent to prison. i asked him for no tomatoes on "mikes way" and he looked at me as if i kicked a kitten in the face. love jersey mikes but i doubt this location stays open much longer. with rising prices and the most gut wrenchingly awful customer service there's a lot more businesses i rather give my money to.

This used to be my favorite place but not sure I will go back. Rude, slow, food was bad sub in a tub lettuce was yellow! People was walking out without food because of service. Sorry that Jersey Mikes has went down hill so much. $15.00 is a little much for quality of food!
