The staff here does an amazing job! I waited for like 15 minutes, but it’s because they were getting absolutely destroyed by rush hour, they did a great job of trying to accommodate everyone waiting , offering them drinks! and still being able to produce jersey mikes quality sandwiches, GREAT job

Amazing food/customer service. Shoutout to Isiah! He’s the manager, yet still very upbeat, seems like a genuine guy. Wait wasn’t long for a Friday night. The environment seemed like it was an enjoyable place to work!

I love Jersey Mike's. The food is excellent. Sandwiches made from fresh ingredients and either made Mike's way or your way. Customer service is great also.

We went Friday evening and the whole staff was great. It was super clean and they were still cleaning. They made me the perfect BLT. Hubby loved his sandwich too. Cookies were perfect as well. All of the customers were taken care of quickly. We were thanked several times.

The sandwiches are excellent as always, just a little slow at orders thru the app. I had to wait past the time promised, but I will say again the sandwich was delicious, and made just as asked

They were playing around the whole time. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they took over 30 minutes. 3 sandwiches. Thomas, the dude cutting the meats needs to go home. He looks like he hates his job. Plenty of Jersey Mikes in Oklahoma, go to another one.

As I entered into the building, I was greeted, but they were so unpleasant with asking me. What did I want on my sandwich then, when my order was ready, the gentleman placed my sandwich on top of the counter and walked off. He didn’t call my order name or my number he said. “ Aye “ I won’t be back

$37.00 lunch for two people at a sandwich shop? Never again. 👎

Food is good but it takes them entirely too long to fulfill a delivery order. ONE sandwich took over an hour and a half to be made. Five dashers, went to the store and left because they were taking so long.

Don’t have people order on the app if you’re not going to have the food ready by the time the app states. Which btw is about 20 minutes after you place the other. I show up at the time it’s supposed to be ready, the food still isn’t ready and waited an additional 10 minutes. Once I get my sandwich i realize it wasn’t even made the way I requested on the app, it was not mikes way. The sandwich was dry, and the bread was horrible. This is disappointing bc I am a regular Jersey mikes person, it’s my go to sandwich place but this experience was horrible. I’m sure it was just this location.

I brought my family into this location because it was my son's birthday and Jersey Mike's is his favorite place to eat. The food was fantastic as always, but the reason for my review is the people working last night were 150% amazing! Super friendly from the moment we walked in, to fast, efficient, and friendly service! They really do go above and beyond to make you feel like family, including comping my son's extras (chips, cookie, and drink) since it was his birthday. We were thanked multiple times for helping to support their business and my son heard happy birthday from each of the 4 people working. They really all deserve the highest praise for just simply being awesome people. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I certainly would. I honestly can't remember the last time we had such an awesome experience at a place to eat. Thank you so much Jersey Mike's crew for a great birthday dinner! We won't forget it!

I ate the Chipotle Pastrami sandwich. It was good. The Chipotle sauce was very mild, I was expecting spicy, so that was a disappointment. The bread was soft and warm, which I love. They also gave a good amount of meat.

I ordered through the website, which was super easy 40 minutes before closing, and the sandwich was still good, including the service.

The service was normal with the regular formalities. Picking up the sandwich, the store was very clean, including the bathroom, which I personally appreciate.

I want to try the regular/classic pastrami sandwich next time.

Ordered online and it took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get us our food. People were coming in after us and getting their food before us. Would not recommend this location.
