Jersey Mike's Subs

I really used to like their tuna subs. But lately, they are putting too much pepper in the tuna salad. Tuna salad is not a spicy food. Please go back to the delicious tuna salad that you used used to serve and retire the pepper shaker! Thank you!

This place at one time was a great shop. It’s not good when you come in at lunch and everyone behind the counter is playing around or arguing with each other instead of making the sandwiches. Waited over 15 minutes for two sandwiches and then the order was wrong but didn’t have time for them to make again.

Literally ordered an hour ahead because they take forever and it’s still not done when we get here an hour later. Been waiting and waiting while they prioritize 10 walk ins before they begin our order we paid for an hour ago. Update: and they made our sandwiches incorrectly. Never going to this place again.

I have been to a ton of locations. The worst I have been too. We came in. Took for ever ( only ones in the store ) we were tired of waiting so we grabbed drink cups for our drinks ourself. My kids drink water. I drank tea and wife drank a soda. They charged us for the kids water due to being in the normal cup. My wife got a Philly, they put it in the wrong bag as a pick up order. So then we had to wait for another sandwich to be made. They did prepare our son’s sandwich separate ask requested do to allergies. Worst Jersey Mikes experience I have had.

I placed my order waited for 30 minutes then after I had seen several people get the exact same sandwiches me come and go before I got my sandwich I went up and asked and they had completely forgotten I existed after I placed my order. They only just started the sandwich I even tipped them $5 so I left empty-handed and tipped them for doing something that they didn't do.

The staff here does an amazing job! I waited for like 15 minutes, but it’s because they were getting absolutely destroyed by rush hour, they did a great job of trying to accommodate everyone waiting , offering them drinks! and still being able to produce jersey mikes quality sandwiches, GREAT job

Amazing food/customer service. Shoutout to Isiah! He’s the manager, yet still very upbeat, seems like a genuine guy. Wait wasn’t long for a Friday night. The environment seemed like it was an enjoyable place to work!

I love Jersey Mike's. The food is excellent. Sandwiches made from fresh ingredients and either made Mike's way or your way. Customer service is great also.

We went Friday evening and the whole staff was great. It was super clean and they were still cleaning. They made me the perfect BLT. Hubby loved his sandwich too. Cookies were perfect as well. All of the customers were taken care of quickly. We were thanked several times.
