You know what, I HAVE to leave a review here. Whoever manages this place is doing it right. This place is hands down the best place to get consistently good fresh food with outstanding customer service! Every time we come here the service is fast, friendly and they may even throw in a cookie for your kid just because they want to. I have been to other Jersey Mikes but there is just something special about this one.And honestly, customer service in OKC is the absolute worse and so is the food. But this place just check marks all the boxes. Not to mention their facility is clean as well.My five year old refuses to eat anywhere else when we eat San who he’s. She cries if I get her something else. And every time we come here she is the happiest little girl because she loves everyone here and tells them all bye with a big smile. If you want fast service, fresh food and an experience that will leave you smiling and not upset like most places in OKC then this is the place!!

The best customer service I’ve ever had! Amazing place to eat they seriously just made my night if not my month. It’s the little things that makes a huge difference in someone’s life, and they did the act that will brighten the rest of my day. Best customer service, they should get a raise just for the experience they gave me?… also good food, first time I’ve eaten here at jersey mikes??

I think I will have to officially retire eating from this location. The past four times they have managed to mess up my app order in one way or another. I don’t know if it’s their process with how the receipts are read are people just in a major rush to make a sandwich, but I think I’ve officially learned my lesson with placing an app order. If I order again, I will just stand in line. I wonder how many times this happens to people.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a JMs. The staff was so kind and friendly, and the portion sizes were great. They didn’t skimp on any meats or cheeses. But really, the people are what make this location awesome! Will be returning!

I just picked up my sub and unwrapped it in the car to check on it, and the sub was not even together, soggy and destroyed within seconds of getting it. It looked as if no effort was made to put it together. I also found bits of steak in my sub (I ordered a chicken) and the person I was to share it with is allergic to red meat. So that ruined it for him as well. I will not be coming back to this location.

Imagine getting in the store. A worker asks you (while you are patiently waiting near the pick up area) if you are here for a pick-up order and you say yes, and then another worker(she seems to be in charge)proceeds to yell at you that when it's ready, it would be on the rack. I left after she did the same to 2 more customers. Jersey Mike's Subs you can keep my order.

i hate to review this. i found some sort of fly in my sub. after taking a bite i looked down and saw the fly laying flat next to my bite lol. i immediately lost my appetite. i picked through the whole sub making sure there wasnt any others which is why its a bit disheveled. i dont know how i feel about this, i dont think its a huge problem since i didnt consume it but in reality its a serious health hazard; which is why im leaving a review. ive always enjoyed this store but im so disappointed to have experienced this. i understand that there could be possible flies that get into the containers since it is out of the employees control and sight, but it just makes me feel a bit icky. i dont despise the workers or this store because of this, im just disappointed in this specific experience. i dont know what to say. i mean its just a fly inside a sub and theres way more important issues to be focusing on which is why im a bit iffy on this. i would still come back to this store but not after a while. by the way i used a coupon for this sub and visited the store around 8:20 pm on 11/10.

I love Jersey Mike’s Subs but this place sucks. I went to order my food over there and my food never be ready. I waited more than 30 mins and still not ready and all workers only talk each other and use their phones but they do not care about my order? This is no way and insane. I will never try to order this place

ORDERED FROM DOOR DASH 10-14-2023 8 PMish.White Bread was stale and basically inedible. I ordered extra cheese on my club, did not get that. I said NO MAYO! THING WAS LOADED WITH MAYO! Ordered a club that was supposed to have 3 meats, it only had roast beef and ham (no bacon)Very very unhappy. I ended up giving my dog the meat from the sandwhich. The bread was SO STALE AND INEDIBLE!!!! Maybe because it was late in day? Or was it because it was left out all day? Either way, 34 bucks totally wasted.
