Ordered for delivery because I've had good experiences with other locations. This location notified me it was out for delivery so I started my lunch, waited 25 minutes, and when I called asking where my order was I was told the notification was sent in error and my order had only gone out 2 minutes ago. No call or text to let me know of the mistake. The sandwich being made correctly is their only saving grace.

The guy making the sandwiches was super nice and welcoming. If I was you I'd ask for extra meat, but other than that the food is really good. I'd say worth a try and definitely better than subway.

What they put on my sandwhich wasn't listed on the ingredients in the menu, fine, they made me another sandwhich (if you can call it that) i should have taken a picture before I tossed it with literally two slices of meat (more cheese on the sandwhich than meat, I had to look for the turkey) it didn't even fill up the ends of the bread literally bread 2 inches in on each side, but they managed not to skip on the most expensive ingredient bacon, (if you can call it bacon) i don't consider bacon flimsy by any means and it was pink still. For 16 dollars I got a drink and cookie

I just grabbed lunch here today like I’ve done before quite a few times as I work downtown. I have never had any issue with my orders before until today. I will say that it was quite busy when I ordered which is usual. However, they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich. I understand that it was busy but I was just a bit disappointed and it was very poorly put together as well.

As usual at Jimmy John's, my sandwich was excellent. The service left a bit to be desired, as they made me the wrong sandwich and took a while to replace it. But they were kind and reasonable to deal with. We all make mistakes.

Eat here all the time. Food is always good and consistent! They are BUSY on workday lunch hours so I recommend ordering through their app or calling in. There will be a long line @ noon.

Sandwich was just fine. The people who work there are an embarrassment to the company. I was sitting in the dining area and all I could hear was provocative comments and cuss words followed along with discriminatory remarks. I would never waste my time or money there again.
