LOVE THEIR FOOD! But I asked for pickles and they only put one on there? I know working fast food sucks but please give me more pickles. Do you remember that one episode on SpongeBob where they couldn’t find the pickles on the burger ?

This was a perfect experience/transaction. I ordered a catered lunch with Eric, the manager. He was professional, made helpful recommendations. The folks who received the lunch raved. Jimmy John's for the win!

I am not one to complain normally, but in this situation... it was warranted. Ordered food that is only 5 minutes away expecting it to be here within roughly 20 minutes. Nope...it took them nearly an hour. I called up to see where my order was and spoke to a very incompetent worker who provided additional information that there was only 1 driver and he took 5 deliveries at once. I then asked to speak to a manager and she was just as unhelpful. I asked for a credit or something to compensate me, the customer, who is calling to complain. She said she could not do anything. Needless to say one of the worst experiences.

Jimmy John's is da bomb. The staff is really friendly, the service is fast, you can watch them prepare your food, the food is fresh particularly the the veggies are not all watered and rotten like Subway is, and most importantly the place is clean!

Got my free 8inch sub from there on Jul 11 around 5:15pm. and ordered online. Was ready within less than 5 minutes. The French bread looked perfect and my sandwich was delicious with the appropriate amount of toppings. The sandwich was very clean too no dressing or anything on the wrapper. Thanks for the great service!
