When this location first opened I bet I ordered daily during the week for lunch until the quality and service started to slip. I stopped ordering until today and I am reminded why I stopped. I ordered two sandwhiches and one the bootleggers club came with no meat. Its supposed to be like double protein beef and turkey.. No meat. I call the , "manager" tells me well I dont know what the rules are since you paid cash. Had id not pushed to phyisically come get my money they were going to try to put it on my number as a credit. Dont eat here and if you do dont pay cash on delivery.

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. This particular branch however is one I will never go back to. I added one regular loaf of bread to my order. The (older) lady who took my order rang it up and was quite helpful, however as she was getting my bread some other guy interrupts her and tells me I'm not allowed to get it. It's an item that is on your menu and I am a paying customer. How can you not let me get something? This isn't the first time this happened at this particular location and its always the same guy (short buzzed hair with a beard) with the same shitty attitude. It's not my problem you're gonna run out of bread. Have you tried making more? Other branches have always been super friendly but this one is just not gonna be it for me anymore.

This is my favorite Jimmy John's, great service and great food. I just found out today that they now toast their subs, on request. For anyone like me who likes their subs toasted, this is a great option. Give them a try You won't be disappointed.

I placed my order through the drive thru. I pulled up to the window paid and was given my food. I checked my food because I had ordered and paid for a side of ranch and didn’t see the girl grab it or put it in my bag. I sat there while she took multiple orders and ignored that I was still there walked back and for from the back to the front and grabbed other stuff. She was about to walk off again so I honked and told her she forgot my ranch. She gave me attitude and said I could have driven back around or gotten off instead of saying something to her and not moving. I am there for my convenience if using the drive through. I should not be inconvenienced and then ignored and given attitude for asking her to hand me what I paid for. The name of the order taker is Mercedes. What an inconvenience to do your job.

I have been coming here for the past 6 months once to twice a week and a few employees are just straight up rude in the window and always mess up my order I’m allergic to tomatoes and they have constantly messed it up and put them on there. The only time I get my food right is when the manger is running the window.

Just had a terrible experience at this location & they should really look into proper training for their drive thru workers. Girl with purple hair & nasty attitude wouldn’t let me finish my sentences when ordering, messed up the order completely, then became aggressive rude and difficult when we tried to pay. I will be contacting corporate because this is not the jimmy johns culture we’ve been loyal to for years. Please do better and get the purple hair girl away from the customers because her attitude is extremely unprofessional.

Visited this location today for lunch. My sandwich was supposed to be the new Turkey bourbon, but was a Club Lulu instead. Also, it had a smashed bug in the turkey. I drove back to the store and was given the correct sandwich. When I got home and opened it, it had a piece of paper inside stuck to the sliced cheese. Again, disappointed with my order.

I didn't go inside but that bourbon sandwich is ?. I should have put more lettuce but it was my first time trying it. It was my first time going to that location and they legit for sure. They don't mess around my sandwich was ready before I even got to the damn window. EXCELLENT JOB TO EVERYONE THAT WAS WORKING 10.18.24 AT 1PM!
