I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANTI was at this location to pickup a curbside order but had to go inside because the app wasn’t working. One of the employees followed me in from what I assumed was a break because she was coming from the other side of the building. I went and picked up my order as it was the only one on the self and I checked the receipt to make sure it was my order, it was she stopped me by putting her hand on MY CHEST. I just stood there for a few seconds because I wasn’t even sure what was happening, cause surely this wasn’t real, was it? She then grabbed the receipt and said is this “YOUR order?” I told it was and ran out of there shaking and just wanted to get home. I didn’t say anything to my husband for awhile and finally broke down (I’ve been through some trauma) and told him what happened. We decided to call and get the district manager’s information to file a complaint and ask for an apology because at the time that was truly all I wanted. I called this location and happened that the general manager answered and he told me that women that assaulted me was the mother of the district manager and I probably wasn’t going to get any response or results. I thought I will try anyway. This manager did say that that have had similar concerns with her and would have another conversation with her. (Not acceptable) I got ahold of the district manager and I explained what transpired with his employee/mother and he responded with “ok” I said “ I’m sorry? Wait, I should not be the one apologizing you should be!” And, He replied and said that was right and hung up.To say that I am less than pleased is far from the truth. Just because she is older does not excuse her bad behavior or actions. And she could have put her hands on the wrong person and something so much worse could have happened. I am not going to explain all that this has caused because she feels, as does her son, that this is a normal behavior. All I wanted was a simple apology.I will not be eating at Jimmy John’s today, or tomorrow or any time in the future. Their failure to recognize the hurt they have caused is unacceptable.Please do better in the future

Place is clean, but the atmosphere is disturbing because of the loud, fast talking, unprofessional to the fullest, female there, during lunch time, with curly dark hair, heavyset, and just obnoxious in every single way that she could possibly be. She works on the line. Oh my goodness. I do not recommend going there during lunch hours. Such an unsettleing experience for anyone to have to go through just to get something to eat.
I ordered the Vito like I always do and when I got it there was no vegetables. I was not happy considering it came with vegetables and I didn't order it like that.

I was handed my sandwich so quickly that it took me longer to pay then Any other step. So fast. The staff was funny and helpful.The sandwich was however fell apart 2 bites in. The cold cuts they use are not as good as Jersey Mike's or Firehouse. The bread was great tasting though.I'll definitely eat at Jimmy John's again. But a jersey Mike's sandwich is only $0.10 more. So it won't be very often.

Real talk, this 5* is entirely in comparison to other Jimmy John's locations. They're fast even for a JJs, they get the order right, they're friendly, and the store is clean. What else is there to ask for from a chain shop?
