This location went above and beyond for us!!!! Not only was food great per usual, but my daughter’s doll fell out of the car and we didn’t realize it. One of the workers got in their car and followed us to give it back to us! So so sweet and we are so grateful for the kindness. Thank you!!

I was charged for my online order, but the store said that they didn't get the order. Rather than resolve the issue to get my food, I was told to get out of their drive thru window so that they could help other, presumably more important, customers. I left without the food I paid for. So unless you want to risk paying for food, not getting it and then being told to GTFO I wouldn;t go here.

They are usually very good at this location. Today? Not so much. My order was very basic with one tiny addition. We ordered two gargantuan unwiches with extra mayo packets. The CSR repeated our order perfectly. But "perfect" was not what we got. The unwiches were poorly wrapped, they had NO mayo on the sandwich and no requested mayo packets. Customer service has gone the way of the DoDo. I am very displeased.
