The cashier demonstrated inadequate product knowledge and exhibited slow service. Staff training appears deficient. Food handlers failed to adhere to proper hygiene protocols by reusing gloves without changing them. This location is not recommended. The requested extra onions were omitted from the order. Why is the service quality so substandard?

Every single time that I stop by and order my sandwiches the employees are SO KIND and spot on! I’ve never received a bad or wrong order. The food is always fresh and the second that I walk into the door I am greeted with smiles and a hello! The store is clean and the manager, Brandi, is just the sweetest! I’ve witnessed her interact with her employees and I can tell that this is a healthy work environment. Overall I love the experience from start to finish. Excellent leadership which in return creates excellent employees! The end result, a very happy customer

Paid $5 for bacon for 2 sandwiches. Didn’t think I had to check before I left because I was the only one in the store at the time. Got home, no bacon lol other than that, it’s decent sandwiches.

This location went above and beyond for us!!!! Not only was food great per usual, but my daughter’s doll fell out of the car and we didn’t realize it. One of the workers got in their car and followed us to give it back to us! So so sweet and we are so grateful for the kindness. Thank you!!

I was charged for my online order, but the store said that they didn't get the order. Rather than resolve the issue to get my food, I was told to get out of their drive thru window so that they could help other, presumably more important, customers. I left without the food I paid for. So unless you want to risk paying for food, not getting it and then being told to GTFO I wouldn;t go here.
