So I went to Jimmy John’s today to grab a sandwich for my birthday since I had a reward on the app. For some reason, the app decided to send my order to a completely different location in Midwest City instead of the store I always go to. When I showed up, they didn’t have my order (understandable mix-up), but instead of being helpful or at least a little nice about it, one of the employees literally just said, “Well, good luck with that.” Like… seriously? That’s the level of customer service here?
I asked if I could talk to a manager, and they told me, “He’s not in right now,” and that was it. No apology, no solution, no effort to make it right. Just a complete brush-off on my birthday, over a simple sandwich.
Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth — and it wasn’t even from food.

Great place to grab delicious sandwiches. The new hot edition sandwiches with beef and cheddar or Italian are to don't miss. Staff immediately greeting you and making sure you're taking care. Repeated the order when taken to confirm that is correct. Clean store, tables and chairs and clean parking lot with plenty of space to park. Great job, well managed!

Catering order was promised at 12:15. At 1:05, only about half the sandwiches had been cut. I took the order as-is. Don't promise something you can't deliver.

Absolutely horrific service - workers are either untrained or do not care at all. Food turnaround time is horrendous; when busy they fully ignore the drive thru line (including not responding to speaker etc). Do not check online orders that come in…the list goes on and on. Go to any other location.
Seems it would be an easy job to take an order off the internet and include the ingredients ordered. Shouldn't have to take my sandwiches apart and inspect them to see if they're right before driving off. So, $20 wasted tonight. Neither sandwich was right. If you want to conveniently place an order online and pick up what you ordered, this is not the place for you.
