Absolutely horrific service - workers are either untrained or do not care at all. Food turnaround time is horrendous; when busy they fully ignore the drive thru line (including not responding to speaker etc). Do not check online orders that come in…the list goes on and on. Go to any other location.

Seems it would be an easy job to take an order off the internet and include the ingredients ordered. Shouldn't have to take my sandwiches apart and inspect them to see if they're right before driving off. So, $20 wasted tonight. Neither sandwich was right. If you want to conveniently place an order online and pick up what you ordered, this is not the place for you.

***Avoid at all costs*** Waked in at 11:30 on a friday. there we re two other people in the restaurant, none with food. Took 5 minutes to order and when I asked for a receipt, I was told that corporate did not allow that. When I asked how I was supposed to know if it was my order was told "we will figure it out". After 15 minutes of waiting sandwhich numbers were called out and there was no way to determine who ordered it. I finally get my order and asked for a bag. Was told I could take one if I wanted, but they were not going to put my order in a bag. Ok Ok. Get home and the #1 (ham and cheese) has one piece of ham one peice of cheese too much lettuce and no tomatoes. Fool me one shame on me, I will not be back and you should avoid as well.

If your sandwich is made incorrectly, you should just eat it and not ask for it to be corrected. Tina the manager will call you a liar, apparently they do not mistakes at this location. Requested no cheese or mayo on a #10, got cheese and mayo. Asked for it to be remade without, I stood and watched as they added cheese and started to put mayo again before I asked them to stop. Tina blamed it on a computer, I mentioned it had happened several times before, and she told me I was lying. I wasn’t asking for anything, my company gets catered lunch from this location twice a month, it’s just an inconvenience to leave my company meeting to have the sandwich remade. But according to Tina I am making all of this up, her location doesn’t make mistakes, ever, and the 3 return trips for incorrect orders I’ve taken up there over the last 3 months were just figments of my imagination.
