I order in online from this Jimmy Johns often and have found that this site purposely varies the quality of my sandwich based on the amount that I tip. If I they don't think that I am tipping sufficiently they will use the lowest quality meats and bread. ON several occasions I have found that they will use the dregs at the bottom of the meat container which look like the disgusting leftover bits of the roast beef, turkey, or tuna that have been sitting at the bottom of the container for God knows how long. They will purposely give me the overcooked or old bread and short the toppings.

Love the day old bread. It's not really old but it makes great sandwich bread for home use. Their toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich is my new favorite. My husband enjoyed the toasted ultimate Italian

Customer service from the young back woman wasn’t great. She seemed to have had an attitude and perhaps this was her few day or two working there based on her interaction with the cash register. We didn’t receive the meal deal promotion after 2pm with our order.

Also, the sweet tea tasted like cleaning chemicals. I’d highly recommend rinsing that container out much better before adding in the tea. I couldn’t drink the tea because of this so I had to throw it away.

Overall, this is a very average Jimmy Johns. The sandwich was good albeit packed with more lettuce than what we would’ve liked.

I asked for no mayonnaise twice, and they still put it on there. Excellent service!

This is one of very few fast food places that I don't ever regret after eating there. The sandwiches are consistent, fresh, and made correctly. I always order for pickup off of the app and my orders are never made wrong. The staff are always friendly and fast.

Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich is quite good and easily customized to your preference.

I work in food service so my feedback comes from a place of experience. The wait time for a single sandwich for an order that was placed at 2:11 was 30 minutes. The store was not busy and there were no other pick up orders on the pick up shelf. 4 staff members and only 1 person in the lobby. It just doesn’t make any sense? This is supposed to be quick and convenient, especially if I order online ahead of time. I do understand being slammed that causing a longer than expected wait, but that did not appear to be the case. My assumption is the utter lack of urgency for online orders and that’s honestly so frustrating. This location has had so many consistent issues from poor sandwich quality to the ridiculous wait times. This will be my last visit. It’s just not worth the frustration for a mediocre subpar sandwich when I’m hungry and thought it would be quick

I order from this store pretty frequently but today when I ordered, the alert did not come through via the app, email or text. So my sandwiches sat there for about 20 extra minutes. When I called to check on my order, Colin was genuinely apologetic and nice. When I got home, the sandwiches were soggy from sitting for too long.
When I called to order new sandwiches, he not only offered the sandwiches at no charge but delivery as well.

It makes such a difference when you have great, caring customer service like his. I’ve never had an issue with my order at this location until today but I’ll definitely keep going back!

Parking: Park lot is connected to gas station very busy not super safe for walking. There is limited parking spaces connected directly to the sidewalk.

Mobile order single sandwich placed 11:56am pickup time set to as soon as possible. Arrive at 12:05pm received order at 12:49pm. Watched as many customers came through during that time and ordered right there and got their order within 10 minutes.

Clearly understaffed, franchise owner to blame.

Not much more to say. Just had a bad time.

Delivery from this location has always been problematic. Now their website just says "What a Bummer! The address you entered isn't in our delivery area" I live in a residential area less than 2 miles from this location ? What a joke. Freaky fast. LOL.

I asked for light condiments, but the sandwich had too much mayo. It makes the sandwich sloppy and the insides ooze out with every bite. Not fun
