I love Jimmy John's, I wish they would add salads to their menu. I strongly believe if they do that they will have more customers even though I feel like Jimmy John's is a busy company... They have everything they need so I can understand why they don't have salads just get the bowls.... Because sometimes I don't like to eat bread I would just prefer the condiments and the lettuce

This place used to be great. It has gotten incredibly slow over the past several months. I can now go to the grocery store, buy all the ingredients, and assemble it myself in the same amount of time that I spend in the drive through here. I want to give you my money for a quick sandwich! But I can’t anymore.

2 sandwiches wrong before, promised by a kid he would send me coupons…never got them. 10/24/24 got manager replacing my wrong sandwiches. Ordered desserts and paid for them. This young manager was great and hope to deal with him in future. Thank you!!!

For a 19 dollar sandwich one would expect the protein to be from one end to the other. The lettuce is old. Been craving for a week and finally got it as it's a 19 dollar sandwich. Highly disappointed gave this to my dog. He enjoyed it. Won't come back to this one. This is the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from here. I had to go to jersey mikes today because the sandwich from jimmys was so bad. 1 picture is jimmys and the one you want is from mikes.

This is the second time getting a sandwich here, 2 separate locations. Bread is hard, sandwich was not good, my dog loved it. Check your sandwich before you leave

The sandwiches always taste great! The people that work at both of the locations I go to are kind. The only thing that bothers me is, although, the employees wear gloves they are touching everything with them on then they touch your food. One time someone was looking at their phone then put it back in their pocket then handled food, they did not change gloves, then someone has opened the window & took my payment with gloves on then touched food with same gloves. The point of wearing gloves while preparing food is to be sanitary. Oh, and the pesto pasta salad is weird. I took two bites and dumped it. I love pesto but that pasta salad just isn’t good. Otherwise, I like this place. Delicious chip choices too.
Vegetarian options: The veggie sub is very good.
