My boyfriend and I stop by here on our way to work a couple of times a week and the opening shift is always super amazing! They're super attentive and make coming to this location a joy each time. We usually do a mobile pickup and they always have our order fresh and ready to go when we arrive.

I'm not a fan of the owner. He's a 'Big Game' hunter (if you can call shooting captive animals hunting) and a Trumpanzee. The franchise owners shouldn't be judged by that, but Jersey Mike's beats the sandwiches here on a bad day.

Got my sandwich with NO tomatoes as I’m allergic, thank fully I opened up the sandwich before taking a bite , as they put them on and removed them but left a small slice and juice and seeds in the sandwich. . Could have really messed my night up .

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from J.J This is the 2nd time the food was not as described on the menu. We ordered 2 sandwiches described as with oil and vinegar and oregano. We asked to hold the mayonnaise. We received sandwiches with a very dry bun, without vinegar and oil or oregano. We want a refund.

Vegan Here🌱🖖🏽 as I put in my order. I request for them to switch out their gloves not only that.. The Staff worked as a team they also remove the cutting boards replaced wit clean ones ... They also washed the knife make sure there was no cross-contaminations while making my sandwich . I got the veggie made into a Vegan Veggie Sandwich no cheese.. no mayo.. added Jimmy pepper... Mustard... Lettuce.. tomatoes onions.. vinegar oil and oregano🌱😋🖖🏽 Thank you crew

I love Jimmy John's, I wish they would add salads to their menu. I strongly believe if they do that they will have more customers even though I feel like Jimmy John's is a busy company... They have everything they need so I can understand why they don't have salads just get the bowls.... Because sometimes I don't like to eat bread I would just prefer the condiments and the lettuce

This place used to be great. It has gotten incredibly slow over the past several months. I can now go to the grocery store, buy all the ingredients, and assemble it myself in the same amount of time that I spend in the drive through here. I want to give you my money for a quick sandwich! But I can’t anymore.
2 sandwiches wrong before, promised by a kid he would send me coupons…never got them. 10/24/24 got manager replacing my wrong sandwiches. Ordered desserts and paid for them. This young manager was great and hope to deal with him in future. Thank you!!!

For a 19 dollar sandwich one would expect the protein to be from one end to the other. The lettuce is old. Been craving for a week and finally got it as it's a 19 dollar sandwich. Highly disappointed gave this to my dog. He enjoyed it. Won't come back to this one. This is the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from here. I had to go to jersey mikes today because the sandwich from jimmys was so bad. 1 picture is jimmys and the one you want is from mikes.
