The service is awesome each time! I frequently visit and have not been disappointed yet. The drive thru is a bit wonky but once you read the sign/understand to loop around to enter it, you’re fine! Trust. The total experience makes you forget.

Walked into Jimmy John’s wanting a beach club. The crew was very nice and friendly, however there was a short white woman who was working who was talking down to an employee the whole time I was there. That is no way to treat crew. I asked the employee if they were ok because they looked miserable. I’m very disappointed with how people are treated here at this location. Great sandwich though.

Fast service and a great tasting sandwich. My only gripe is this: they fold the meat and cut the bread in such a way that when you take a bite all the insides shoot out the side of the sandwich and you have to constantly repack it. Just cut the bread all the way in half by crikey. Fresh veggies though.

Steer clear of this location! Absolute garbage crew here. Today the bread on my sandwich was so soggy it was as if it had been literally soaked in water. Beyond disgusting-- so much so that I'm not sure I'll ever go to JJ's again. Yuck.
