It is what they advertise. Sandwiches are good quality, they are made very quickly. Cashier at our last visit was not personable, but he got the order entered correctly. The party with us had to request a refund as he charged for items a la carte instead of as a meal. Still management made it right by giving a refund which is all you can ask for. I always appreciate when people are willing to fix honest mistakes. I will eat here again.

I just moved here. Didn't know where anything was. Was using Doordash. Ordered from this place. They called me. Saying we don't have a driver tonight sorry. I just told them to cancel my order and let Doordash know that my order was canceled. This was back on June 18th. Still waiting for my refund of $39.20 dollars.I tried to go to the website the owner told me to go to. What a joke. I needed a 6 digit code. As long as I remember from using Doordash I never had to use a code. Guess they like stealing people hard earned money.

Like others before i used to come to this location often but to place (not even receive) an order through drive through is about 15 minutes..that’s with just one car in front of me, I’ve tried about 5 times in the last three months and have had to drive off everyone, today me and the two cars behind me all left before anyone could order. It used to be a great location to go

I've been a #14 person for a while now, but when the summer wraps were announced, I decided to branch out. I was pleasantly surprised and this is now a go-to lunch for me during the work week. The food is always fresh and the service is quick in the drive-thru.

I'll start by saying I love Jimmy John's. I used to eat there at least once a week, but as the employee's, or lack there of has been getting worse, I now go about once every other month.Today was a perfect example. It took 13 minutes from the time I gave my form of payment to receive my sandwich. No apology or mention of the time. This wasn't a one off as it has happened multiple times and has been getting worse.I also asked for a "LITTLE EXTRA MAYO" I am guessing they heard "use all of the mayo currently on hand". What I received was a soggy sandwich, and I had to scrape off 90% of what was put on there to make it almost eatable.2 Stars because I like the product, and I used to love this location. I really hope that they turn it around. Perhaps instead of hiring drivers, they should hire some more help inside. I had plenty of time to read all of the items at the drive through window. I might try again and update my review in a few more months.

I ordered the #7 just now and I guess the guy making the sandwich was listening and started making it. I hadn't even paid yet, then I asked for no onions and mayo which he had already put on it. So he slammed it into the trash violently and started shaking his head. Lunch time 5/15/23
Would give zero stars if I could. The worst sandwich I ever ordered. Ordered to go had only One piece of ham in my sandwich. Literally. I can't even joke about this.

If I could give a ZERO I would. My first time going there today around 12:45 pm and the drive through person was rude! We just drove off. It's no wonder the place has a help wanted sign.

Wow! This jimmy johns was so clean and fresh. Restrooms were spotless and stocked. Was welcomed immediately upon opening the door and helped in deciding what I was looking for. Sandwich was prepared promptly and was very fresh from the bread, cheese, vegetables and meats. Excellent and top notch.

Ordered two sandwich combos off the app today. Got home and noticed I got the wrong chips and the sprite was just carbonated water. Sandwiches were good but they need to pay more attention to detail on everything else.
