Jimmy's is a very good, reliable place for good food (especially breakfast) and good service. This s location (SW OKC) needs some HVAC service and cleaning plus the atmosphere needs to be freshened up.

Completely disappointed with the entire experience this morning. First the waitress agrued with me about what I ordered. Then not only was my complete order made wrong, it was made that way a second time. And acted like it was my fault I order no potatoes substitute with hash browns!

STOLE MONEY FROM MY CARD ADDED A EXTRA TIP WHEN I LEFT EVEN THOUGH I TIPPED CASH AND WHEN I WENT TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM ALL THE MANAGER DID WAS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and act like it was nothing instead of addressing the issue that made my account literally go negative! I should file a police report!! TERRIBLE customer service!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

Here's how I'm gonna start this off by saying, my chicken fried steak reminds me of the frozen section you buy for the grocery store. This food was OK to me including the Gravy and the potatoes was really dry with no taste, to be honest It's obviously OK meal for me today.
The only thing good was the best is the Cinnamon roll that satisfied me personally.
I will say is some workers were standing around too much like they didn't have much to do, and one hostess was helpful and nice me an my mother did give this lady a tip and left.
I do not recommend to others to get the chicken fried steak it's not necessary to get, I will say get anything else minus this food part.
