Will overcharge you for ice coffee and then say I’m so confused the older white lady with ear buds is extremely rude and will roll her eyes at you when you point out a wrong order

I placed a drive thru order and after a lengthy wait, had 4 mistakes with my order. Not 1. Not 2. Four. Went out of the way to try this place - mistake. 😝

The first sandwich I bought from here was the chicken, bacon, and ranch. Today I bought it again and asked for extra chicken. They did not give me extra chicken, instead the put my sandwich together with stale bread and 3 pieces of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous! Too bad I am unable to post a picture!

We waited in the drive thru for 35+ minutes. We got two London Fogs and the lids that go on the hot cups barely stay on the cup and once it was cooled down enough to drink it tasted absolutely terrible. We could not taste any of the vanilla or lavender and it tasted like gross sink water. Paid $11+ for sink water. Very disappointed.

Stopped in here mid morning for coffee and treats and left severely disappointed at first. My latte was not hot at all and the cinnamon roll I ordered was stale and the croissant squished and chewy. Was told the steam wand was broken on the espresso machine, but this wasn't communicated to me before ordering. The barista fixed my coffee though it was more akin to hot milk than a latte after the fact, I won't go back.

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I was the only customer. All 3 baristas were on their phones while our coffees sat on the bar and cooled. When I inquired and asked for my drinks, I was told the cappuccino was still making… 30 seconds later it was handed to me half full and not even hot.

I love this place! Only problem I had was a guy break checked me on my way home and I only got half my coffee and my floor got the rest. 10/10 on taste and everything! Way better than any of the coffee shops I’ve been too.

I really enjoyed my visit at White Buffalo today! I was meeting a colleague there and the couch was perfect to sit and look over laptops together! Plus, friendly service and we both loved our drinks! Bonus was getting a free drink with my rewards on the app!!!

White Buffalo Coffee Bar is hands down the best coffee I’ve ever tasted—and that’s saying a lot.
I’m a serious coffee addict. I’ve tried just about every coffee shop and drink out there, and nothing compares. One thing I’ve noticed with most places is that their flavored drinks tend to leave a weird aftertaste—not the case here. The specialty drinks from White Buffalo are smooth, flavorful, and leave no unpleasant aftertaste.

I’ve only ever ordered online, so I can’t speak to the in-person service or atmosphere. Also, I understand that drinks can vary depending on who’s making them, so if your experience differs from mine, don’t come for me!
