I'm not one to leave poor reviews, but unfortunately I need to do so. This is an honest review. I ordered the Wild Caught Salmon Burger with a side of oven baked fries. It was $13.00 plus tax. As noted on the menu, it's supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. I ordered online, pick it up and against my better judgment should have checked it there, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got back to the office, I had a double patty and somewhat cold, limpy fries. No lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickle. I called the store and asked them about it. The individual who answered the phone told me that the cook told them they don't come with the burger, even though it is CLEARLY stated on both the FB menu and their inhouse menu. She did tell me that if I wanted the toppings to return to the store. So that's a plus. It's false advertising on their part and the kitchen staff needs to be addressed on what comes with what item and what does not. Now to the taste and smell of the "burger." It smells good, smoked smell, but upon further inspection, it's just a simple, thin salmon patty, times two. The taste is something less to be desired. So much, I couldn't finish it. Definitely cannot taste the salmon because of the smoked taste, as if they are hiding something. The bun is soggy. Overall, it's a poor presentation of the burger. Include the missing toppings, and it would look a lot better, and "maybe" taste better. I haven't tried their ice cream yet, hopefully, it's better than the Wild Caught Salmon Burger. I walk or drive by this business almost every day, and I rarely see people in it. And as I read the other reviews, it's no wonder they remain in business. There's no pride in their food, in the business. I hate for OKC to loose another business that has been here for generations, but Kaiser's need to take pride in their menu and up their game in order to stick around for another 100 years.
the historical building was about the best thing in there, fair customer service, but the food was absolutely not worth the money very thin slice of pastrami on a piece of sourdough bread that crumbled & fell apart,my friend order the salmon burger the burger didn't stay together onions were not cooked ,potato salad was a doctored box potatoes salad, the matzha soup had no matzha and served with a Mexican branded saltiness cracker, I would never go back the head chef wouldn't even address us at the end !!!
I give this place 3 stars because the place makes me reminisce of my childhood 80's vibes and it makes my heart cozy, the shakes are good and the workers are kind hearted people but we didn't like the food much, i had a loaded potato it had tomatoes and red onions and it wasn't what I'm used to and it had very little cheese my daughter had a brisket dinner, it didn't look like brisket and it tasted like barbecued ham the cooked gave my daughter a free burger with fries instead we took it to go, because they took long to prep our meals, we thought that was very kind of him but she didn't like it either, but they are very generous and kind people and it's good place for ice cream or shakes.
In my opinion, I should have taken a photograph to demonstrate the experience. My girlfriend and I visited kaisers for a romantic evening, seeking a delightful ice cream treat. Given our uncertainty about the establishment, we opted for smaller portions. This decision proved prudent, as we discovered exceptional flavours despite the slight freezer burn on our ice cream. I indulged in their liquorice ice cream, which exhibited remarkable taste despite its freezer-damaged appearance. My girlfriend opted for a more popular flavour, which also exhibited a similar level of freezer burn. While I have enjoyed homemade ice cream in the past, this experience fell short of expectations in terms of value for money. I highly recommend visiting Braums for your ice cream needs.
Food was bland and expensive, the staff looked like they were hostages, and there was a mildew smell from the moment I entered. On a Saturday night's they close at 7pm in midtown
My daughter and myself ordered a buffalo burger and baby Mateo chicken Swiss and avocado sandwich. We We also ordered what was supposed to be handmade tortilla chips with handmade salsa. The chips were out of a bag and the salsa was basically tomato sauce. All the food tasted sour definitely don't get what you pay for. The root beer was highly watered down. I would not recommend this to eat lunch or dinner. The ice cream might be tasty but we didn't order that.

You can get a better hamburger at McDonald's and for much less! I ordered cheeseburger with potato wedges and my husband ordered buffalo burger with potato wedges. The buffalo burger was a little better than the cheeseburger but neither were great. Potato wedges weren't cooked all the way through so didn't finish them. The burger patty had no taste. Looked and tasted like a frozen burger patty you get at Sam's. Not a flavored seasoned patty, just beef. My dinner plate was also chipped. It should not have been used, safety/health hazard. Try some place else, not here.

This was an utmost disappointment. Went there for 2 ice cream cones. Only one was received. The counter was more worried about being on Facebook and video chat rather than paying attention to customers.

I really wanted to like this place. I feel like it probably used to be a great place to go back in the day. The service was terrible, food was extremely basic yet expensive, grainy tomatoes, wilted spinach....the turkey pinwheel I ordered wasn't served with a side like it said on the menu. There was also live music and it just didn't fit the vibe of the place at all. The whole experience was frustrating and extremely underwhelming and honestly just super weird. If you're gonna go then I would suggest getting ice cream and sitting outside.

Employees were not friendly nor welcoming. My friend and I had to ask to be helped after waiting a considerable time. Once we were ready to order at the counter, the employee didn’t acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. Not even a “I’ll be right with you” or greeting, anything. We finally order and pay. Food took way longer than needed to come out and was mid at best (we were the only table there). Will not be coming back. My friend and I are both in the service industry so are very lenient and laid back, but this was absolutely inexcusable service for subpar food.

I went here for lunch with my kids on a Saturday. My kids are teens and we all like the vintage vibe (think 60's and before). First, the person at the register was friendly. She wasn't overly outgoing, but she was definitely polite and friendly. They gave us time to look over the menus (there is one menu for food and one for drinks/ice cream) without any added pressure, which was nice because we were looking for a laid back, stress free afternoon. We ordered what we wanted from the food menu and they were still happy to patiently wait on any potential orders from the other menu. My kids got the Buffalo burger plate to share and I got the Chicken Avocado sandwich with white bread. We all got oven fries as a side. First of all, the food was GOOD! I partly expected my sandwich to be dry and, when I saw the bread came toasted, hard. It wasn't! The chicken was moist, SEASONED, and delicious. And the bread had the right amount on toast on it, to make it crispy without making it hard. My kids' Buffalo burger was tender, SEASONED, and delicious. And don't get me started in the oven fries! Crisp outsides, tender insides. SEASONING! I'm so tired of places thinking salt & pepper = seasoning. Those are flavor enhancers and food can be seasoned WITHOUT them, but will never be seasoned with ONLY them. The chef got it. In fact, we happened to see him outside on his break when we were leaving and had to compliment him on the food. Again, Diego, the food was DELICIOUS! Not too mention, the portions were enough to keep us satisfied. Not full to bursting, but content with our meal, just the way we like it! Now, on to the drinks/dessert. This place boasts "Homemade ice cream" and has an old fashioned soda fountain. I got the "Brown Cow" which is like a chocolate root beer float (my personal favorite way to enjoy a float). It came in a cup with vanilla ice cream and a decanter with ice. It was a little sweet, until you mix in the ice cream, then it was just right. There was enough between the cup and decanter for myself and my teenagers to all share. And that ice cream was some of the best I've ever had! We also ordered a banana split. It came with the classic toppings and a "Kaiser's Twist." Each flavor was so good! Creamy, not icy. Flavorful, but not overly sweet. Paired well with each topping. And PLENTY enough for 3 people to share! The atmosphere was really nice. There were some families with small children and a large group of adults. Everything was casual and relaxing. We had staff check on us, occasionally. Enough so that we knew they remembered we were there, but not so much that it felt like they were rushing us to get out. We had an enjoyable lunch and liked the experience so much that we wanted to come back the next day, but they were closed the next two days. We will DEFINITELY be back!
Kid-friendliness: A good place to go for people with children, even small children.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramped access to the front door

The employees would not check their ingredients. I asked due to an allergy and the employees didn't even try to be helpful. They just kept saying the manager is not here when I asked about a specific ingredient in a specific ice cream.

This place is one of the great ice cream parlors (with a REAL Soda Fountain) left in America. A local treasure! They make their own ice cream which is awesome. I strongly recommend ordering a Vanilla Malt Shake, with extra in the can. Epic! They serve food as well. Why go anywhere else?
