The food is always delicious but the service is terrible. I’m always torn about going because I don’t want to interact with their rude employees! And one of the rude ones is actually a shift manager. One time they made my coffee wrong and I called to see if I could bring it back after leaving and tasting it. When I was returning, I heard the employee complaining about having to remake it. The service is just horrible and it can drive customers away. They need customer service and hospitality training!

I was a patient at OU and the food taste good but they offer very few vegan choices! The entire time I was there I barely ate because everything they sent to my room was not vegan friendly except for some fruit. It’s discouraging and disappointing that they don’t even understand what vegan is. Also they have a lot of trouble getting orders right. I asked for stir fry veggies and they send a salad with buttermilk ranch and steamed veggies that do not look appealing. They also sent jello which is not vegan it has animal products. OU please get with the times and have a vegan and vegetarian section on your menu. Please educate your staff on this also. It’s so frustrating
