Ordered a combo pad Thai and was disappointed. Bland and the three shrimp were like rubber and still had the tails on, the chicken was dry and did not have flavor. The crab Rangoon are very good though. The place is small and clean but the chairs are tiny and uncomfortable.

I usally come in every now and then to get the same order but after today I’m not so sure. I went in and I received the incorrect order and was asked to wait 10 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal. However right after this transaction the cashier spoke in spanish to another customer about how she couldn’t understand me when I was trying to explain the correct order. She proceeded to say I needed to speak better english not knowing I’m fully capable of speaking not just english but spanish and many other languages. I’m just very disappointed that I was facing racism as an asian person in an asian restaurant being told to speak English by another person of color. It very ironic. I’m disappointed because I used to enjoy this restaurant and think the employees were so nice and helpful. I hope you learn from this incident so you can be more aware of what you say around your customers in the future.

Kao Mun Gai is a hidden gem. Seriously !!

Every option we tried was uniquely different from another.

Manager Maria is very professional and always smiling.

The inside is inviting and food OMG one of the best Thai restaurants.

Great selection of bubble teas, unique sodas.

It is definitely a must visit and we will definitely be back.

The store is locally owned and operated by the Oklahoma family.

Had an awesome meal here, we ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, the Bang Chicken, and of course the Mango Sticky Rice. Their bubble tea was on the money. One Thai lemon tea, and one strawberry lemonade with popping strawberry Boba. Amazing service and really good food.

This Thai fusion restaurant is amazing. You will want to eat the crab Rangoon for sure but honestly everything I’ve had from there is fantastic. Check them out please.

We grabbed combo pad thai, chicken curry panang, and an order of spring rolls. Each dish was a bland and had noteworthy issues. Disappointing showing from a restaurant that only makes a handful of things.

The curry had a relatively weak base of flavor. It was alright after adding salt, though it was a smaller portion than I was expecting.

The pad thai offered more flavor-wise, though still wasn't as dynamic as you'd expect from a Thai/fusion place. I ordered a combo, though it only came with two shrimp in the box. The chicken breast was overcooked, resultingly dried out and tough.

The spring rolls were unbelievably crisp, even after fifteen minutes in the to-go box. Perhaps that time to steam could explain why the filling was mushy (I suspect the cabbage mix had been overcooked prior to filling though).

Kao Mun Gai in Uptown OK is serving up some authentic Thai food that is flavorful and delicious. This place is so cute and they have a lil something for everyone (including vegetarians!) which is what I love. My favorite dishes were the Gochujang (sweet & spicy chicken) and the Pad Thai. They have a ton of different bubble teas to choose from, but BABY, their Dang Soda is literal heaven. It’s indescribable but if I had to explain it, it’s fizzy, sweet, sour, and juicy. It comes with chopped up mangos and coconut on the bottom which serves as a yummy textural component. I highly recommend this place for takeout and/or delivery! Shoutout to Angel for being amazing and serving up some yummy drinks!

A MUST TRY! This small place packs a great punch. We had the combination Pad Thai, Combination fried Rice, Orange Chicken, gyoza, Thai Tea, Lychee Tea, and Butterfly Soda.Gyoza was great. Crispy, perfectly cooked in and out. Seasoned well, my son LOVED them. The Pad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. The noodles were cooked perfectly along with a well-balanced sauce, sweet, sour, and a little spicy! So good!Combination Fried Frice, my son had this one. He loved it, so much so that he almost finished it all before I got to try a bite. But, I got a bite so I could do a proper review. For fried rice fans, this one is 4.8/5, almost perfect.Orange Chicken was crispy and packed full of flavor but not too sweet, which is exactly how we like it. Perfectly cooked! All the drinks were perfectly made. Service was prompt, friendly, and super helpful. Only set back was the space to eat. There isn't much room, but it's perfect for Togo or for just a couple of people.
