“I've been meaning to leave this review for awhile now. I visited this place about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they were severely understaffed. But I received the best service from the lady manager that was the only one there. Bless her heart. The chicken was delicious and the wait wasn't bad, all things considered. Definitely should give her a raise. Have visited since, and the service was still good (more employees were there) and the chicken was fresh and delicious. No complaints here“
“I have been down from surgery but I had been craving KFC for while now, so I sent my husband to pick me up food 3 different times in the last 2 months, so today was my day to go since I'm back up driving. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru super fast and friendly guy in the window. So out of the 4 times I have eaten at this KFC @240 and S. Western in the pass few months it has a 10 out of 10 they are back on the map......good, fresh, hot, tasty are a few words that come to mind.....thanks to all the crew at the KFC that has turn me back in to a Fan again.“
“The drive thru lady was SUPER helpful with explaining everything in depth and it was understandable with the mix & match, what you can & can't get. And what you can do. She was very patient. Helped me save some money for a better family deal. She didn't rush me, which when I go through the drivethru places an their like okay what else or cutting me off, or like rushing me I forget stuff and get overwhelmed. So she definitely made my ordering experience very relaxed. Like one of the only places I've been lately who's been that way. I should of got her name. But I did thank her at the window. I told her she was super helpful and I appreciated that alot. I went for dinner. So it was mid evening.“
“Wonderful staff... absolutely professional. Customer service phenomenal hands down from a fast food restaurant. You would think he was your server from a real restaurant. He was African American with dreads. Great job and thank you for the service I will be recommending people there 👏👏👏“
“Came here the other week to get a specific bucket that we wanted (2 drumsticks, the rest thighs) and the people there did their absolute best to make the order with what they had. Came out with 3 drumsticks the rest thighs. Extremely satisfied with the service, and the workers themselves were incredibly friendly and funny. The breading was a tad soggy when I got home, but im sure that's not their fault at all as I had a 20 minute drive home.“
“05/16/2025 at 12:08 I stopped by this KFC to grab lunch for my family. I went through the drive thru and the lady that took my order was AMAZING!!!! My food was hot and fresh. Only mistake was left out my butter and honey. I don't live far from this KFC and this was the best I had from here in MONTHS. Whoever you all had working, let her know good job.

“I had a fantastic experience for lunch here today.. Food was hot and ready , chicken tasted amazing!! Whoever the morning cook is did a great job I haven’t had a good meal from kfc in a while :) I would definitely recommend coming to this location during lunch if you want something fresh and delicious!!!“
“This spot is located in the corner of a busy intersection. The restaurant is clean, value for price is a little high but with cost of chickens it's to be expected.
Vegetarian options: They do have a few sides that would allow for a vegetarian meal to be adsembled
Dietary restrictions: Do depends upon your needs but might be able to alter some items to make a decently balanced meal“
“The food was outstanding! The chicken came out hot and fresh, the biscuits were light and fluffy, the mashed potatoes were smooth and seasoned just right, and the macaroni was rich and flavorful. Even the water impressed us with its clean, filtered taste. Service was excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly and made the entire experience even better.“
“I always have a great experience at this KFC! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The restaurant is spotless every time I visit, from the dining area to the drink station. The manager and the employees are always so nice, welcoming, and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best KFC locations around!“
