I Placed an order through the app. The Lady who took the order said I couldn’t redeem my coupon online. I said cancel that order and I’d reorder. She had charged me for the first order and the second one. I’ve been watching my bank transactions and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve called the store 3 times and after holding a long time I’m disconnected. I’ve never been able to talk to anyone. I’d really like my money refunded. This all occurred on 9/29. HELP, please!!!

Nice staff. I had an online order of famous bowl. I get home and there’s no corn in it. Isn’t part of the point to have corn in it, and if you didn’t have any corn why wasn’t it mentioned to me?

This is the second time ordering at this location and I don’t know if the chicken has been sitting for a long time or is being reheated but both times I had large orders and food is not even edible. The biscuits I received today are so hard I can knock on a table with them, and the chicken is just horrible. So disappointing. Should’ve known when I put the order in and it said it was ready immediately..
