This is the second time ordering at this location and I don’t know if the chicken has been sitting for a long time or is being reheated but both times I had large orders and food is not even edible. The biscuits I received today are so hard I can knock on a table with them, and the chicken is just horrible. So disappointing. Should’ve known when I put the order in and it said it was ready immediately..

Employees were rude store closed early and we were kicked out of the lobby. Store was nasty and filthy .

Chicken was inedible. Like they haven't change out the fryer oil in ever. Taste like an old dirty deep fryer with hard chicken that chewed like rubber

Wonderful staff... absolutely professional. Customer service phenomenal hands down from a fast food restaurant. You would think he was your server from a real restaurant. He was African American with dreads. Great job and thank you for the service I will be recommending people there 👏👏👏
Lady at takeout window was great BUT bucket of chicken was so dry and shriveled as to be inedible.chicken had a tasteless dry gum consistency. Almost $31 for very good coleslaw, good fries, very dry biscuits, and chicken that was some of the worst I have experienced in my 74 years. Come on Kentucky Fried Chicken! Respect your customers!

My chicken tasted like dish soap and the man taking my payment had soap suds all over his hands appreciate the hand hygiene but you forgot the part where you rinse the soap off!!
