It was a 20 minute wait, but the food was good. They were VERY understaffed and had to lock the doors with customers inside to catch up on orders. One of the employees was yelling at some dude outside the door and mocking him for not being able to come in.
It is 10:08 p.m. and the place is closed. Operating hours have 10:30 for closing time.

3/14/2024-Spent $28.30. We came in about 5pm but I don't know exactly when because the woman cashier kept moving around while I was trying to order and left to go do drive thru orders before I got the card swipe. It timed out and then I couldn't do anything about it. A guy from food part gave me the food but we hadn't paid yet so more waiting. Then I get it paid and have to tear off my own receipt. The two men came in so I couldn't get any butter or plastic ware needed until thier order was taken by the guy. It was so confusing I forgot to order something and had to go back and order one more item. My mom has a walker and it was hard for me to keep the heavy door open and the stupid layout makes it hard to get a walker in. It's long but not wide enough so musical chairs game to get us both in and around a stupid tall trash can. I moved it so she could wash her hands at the sink. I'm about fed up with these fast food places that don't call for help and have 2 employees running the restaurant or the gm don't want to be bothered or whatever and think the lobby customers are 2nd class. Macaroni and cheese tastes awful at any KFC now but my mom likes mashed potatoes and biscuits so what to do. Had to go somewhere closer after an appointment for her. Trash by drink fountain full. One big trash can full too. All but 3 tables in the lobby dirty now. Didn't have sweet tea container on the counter so she moved it. I'd much rather go to Long John Silver's, Arby's, Del taco, Taco Bell,ect but she didn't want to go there and scholtky's near here has no lobby for crying out loud.

Went to KFC on Penn a few days ago. Food not very good anymore. Got the $20 fill-up. After eating, we remembered why we stopped eating there.

I ordered my phone on line T 11:37, store said she didn't get my ordered until 12:05. Online said my order would be ready at 11:55 yet my order wasn't ready until 12:30. Cashier was rude, argued with me on when I placed my order, told me only 2 people in store working, verify my order was correct "which it was not", i was missing a chicken mac and cheese wrap and called me a Karen 5 times and told me to get out of her store. This is extremely inappropriate for an employee to speak with a customer in this manner. I expect some action to be taken regarding your Cashier that was working the window and counter on Friday Jan 26th @ 12:15

The quality of the food at this LOCATION has gone down hill, the mashed potatoes were flavorless and the chicken was over cooked and yet still had raw dough terrible ? even the biscuits were overcooked and hard.

Drive thru guy aka so called manger jason took a special guys debit card. The special guy works for me. Good guy. But I called on his behalf and am post this on his behalf. If I could I would teach that dude a less. And refused to give the guy a receipt.
Service was slow considering they weren't very busy, but they got my order right and food was great. Long John Silver's across the street screwed up my orders 3 times in 3 visits.

I am a dasher and i just lost my job because of your employees took too long for a order. terrible customer service they told i had to wait another dasher came and took my order. This place to be shut down ghetto as hell. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!
