This location is always out of chicken pot pie. It is 3:30 pm on a Sunday and they are already completely out. When I come in the evenings, around 7:00 they are always out as well. Seems like poor planning on their part.

The food was outstanding! The chicken came out hot and fresh, the biscuits were light and fluffy, the mashed potatoes were smooth and seasoned just right, and the macaroni was rich and flavorful. Even the water impressed us with its clean, filtered taste. Service was excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly and made the entire experience even better.

Ordered 8 piece family meal through Uber eats and when we received our food everything was extremely salty , the chicken, the mac and cheese and even the biscuits! We has asked for extra crispy and they gave us original recipe instead. I have been eating KFC most of my life and never has food that tasted so bad like someone poured a whole Shaker of salt on everything! After this experience I will never eat KFC especially fron this location!

The chicken tenders were either overcooked or cooked in very dirty oil. The manager does not know how to his. When mopping he used to much water, and the slip and fall sign was not up when I walked in. Overall it was just a horrible experience.

Door dash driver here. I picked up an order right before close and drove it nearly 20 minutes away. I dropped it off and received a message asking about half eaten food. I record my ride so I’m able to show that I did not open the package Which means they gave this person. Whatever they had left to avoid having to cook absolutely awful. Their laziness could’ve cost my job.

Came n ordered before going to work by the time I got to work we noticed a bug n my bag we threw our food away I called n talked to the manager Kyla Kyla she took my info was very polite I called today cause I’m n the area n I get the “general manager “ nick I believe, he was very rude told me I was lying even though I have the video n told him the manager already knows he proceeded to say that I was lying again he was very very rude again I asked for a number to someone over him n he denied me the number n hing up n my face when I called back he picked up n hing up again

They need to update the time they close. Their doors, windows and website all say they close at 11. But when I pulled up yesterday at 10:30, they told me that they were closed. I asked, don't you all close at 11 and they told me no, they closed at 10:30.

If I could give a review without any stars at all, I would! The most disgusting chicken I have ever laid eyes on! We refused to eat it when he got it home! Teach them lousy workers to change that oil DAILY and learn how to cook chicken! We will NEVER go back to this particular store... EVER!
