Came n ordered before going to work by the time I got to work we noticed a bug n my bag we threw our food away I called n talked to the manager Kyla Kyla she took my info was very polite I called today cause I’m n the area n I get the “general manager “ nick I believe, he was very rude told me I was lying even though I have the video n told him the manager already knows he proceeded to say that I was lying again he was very very rude again I asked for a number to someone over him n he denied me the number n hing up n my face when I called back he picked up n hing up again

They need to update the time they close. Their doors, windows and website all say they close at 11. But when I pulled up yesterday at 10:30, they told me that they were closed. I asked, don't you all close at 11 and they told me no, they closed at 10:30.

If I could give a review without any stars at all, I would! The most disgusting chicken I have ever laid eyes on! We refused to eat it when he got it home! Teach them lousy workers to change that oil DAILY and learn how to cook chicken! We will NEVER go back to this particular store... EVER!

If there were more stars, I'd give them all to THIS STORE! The best. Even on busy days, I see them doing their best, and I always get fresh, fabulous food. I order takeout or delivery. But I've always had bad experiences with this company, and the service here has never disappointed me. I understand they're short on staff, and that's why I appreciate the effort they can make to attend all service areas.. If you know you're coming for DELICIOSO fried chicken PLS take a few minutes from your phone and order in advance so you don't wait long in the store, avoiding you inconvenience.

I waited 30 mins before going to counter,, I was told it was going to be 10 additional mins wait time, I ask for options to complete my order. I run out of wait time and walked out of there w/ my original order😕 not happy with service it felt like I was not there.

Everytime we come here, we are asked to park and wait for our food. Yes we could visit another location, but this is the closest within 20 minutes of our home. I need management to get this location and tgeir staff together. It's ridiculous!

Not sure what was going on at this location. We ordered food via the app and setup the pickup time 25 minutes from the order time as we were meeting friends and bringing dinner. We arrived on time and went inside to pick up the food. It wasn't there so we asked and we're told it would be 25 minutes. When we finally got the food we left and went to our friends house. The chicken was fresh and hot. The biskets were hockey pucks and not edible. So if you order food around 6 pm on a Saturday, be prepared to wait for the food to be made. In our case it was 45 minutes

So shoutout to the young lady in the drive through window for being friendly and professional! My only complaint and major complaint is the food eww the chicken was super dry and there was semi fresh and old chicken thrown into my order smh I would never serve a paying customer anything I would not eat personally myself..
