No Nonsense

Place a mobile order. So they have from the time I placed it, which was about 3:50 pm. Get there about 4:10 pm. At drive thru told to pull up and wait. After another 10 min know something is wrong and go back through.
A man claiming to be the store GM then told me the Original Recipe chicken I ordered wouldn't be ready for another 20 min. So I was just supposed to wait for 30 min and them not tell me what was going on?
He tried to make it right. Offered Crispy instead. The chicken itself was edible, but the skin was overcooked. Very. So had to peel it off. He did offer a dessert too.
So one guy gives a crap in a store of rude uncaring clowns? I feel for him, but as many reviews have similar stories, something needs to change.

I ordered a famous bowl tonight 9/6. I thought famous bowls had boneless chicken. Well I went to take a bite of my “boneless chicken “ but realize I bit into a bone which could’ve cause damage to my teeth.

I came in for a pick up order that was placed well over 20 mins prior this is very unlovely lady tells me it’s gonna take 16 minutes because they have to drop the chicken and I said that’s fine I can wait, but I asked her why it would take so long being that the order is already been placed. I’ve never seen someone catch an attitude so quick she rolled her eyes and puffed and told me that I would just have to wait to 16 minutes if I wanted my food.
I almost wanna give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she’s had a bad day but even then don’t take it out on your customers rude people like that that gives the establishment a really bad name .

This is the most run down KFC I've ever visited. The bathroom and lobby were filthy, they were out of all beverages except tea and service was extremely slow. Avoid this location!

Went to store to pick scheduled online order. Waiting at counter for 15 mins only 1 employee in store standing in the back actively ignoring me. I asked for assistance 4 times. I have pics up of employee standing in back and my order on screen not completed. Never received my order was still charged.

Had to pull forward and wait a long time when it wasn’t busy. They tried to give my food to the guy in front of me. My drink tasted like pure sugar and no carbonation. And they didn’t give me any utensils or napkins, so I couldn’t eat my food! Get it together ffs 🙄

I waited 15 minutes in my car for my order, I go in and no one comes to the front for 2 minutes but then she says there’s still 2 more minutes on my order I’m thinking it does not take 20 minutes to make some chicken I will not come back also couldn’t get my receipt!! She was nice but the fact that it takes so long to get a fast meal is ridiculous!! Also they don’t have straws so why are you not mentioning this to drive thru customers?? It’s not like we’re carrying straws in our cars!!

I go to this KFC only because it's close to me. Seems like there is always a issue. Last time I went to get lunch at noon the place was all locked up. I noticed that the drive thru had cars. I gave my order. And then it started. Waited and waited. When I finally got to the window I found out only one person was there. He had come in from a different KFC. He was cooking and taking orders. I told him no way that I would do all that. He said he only did it for the customers. Ahh what a guy. My food was good. They just need to fire all the people who are there and start over.
