05/16/2025 at 12:08 I stopped by this KFC to grab lunch for my family. I went through the drive thru and the lady that took my order was AMAZING!!!! My food was hot and fresh. Only mistake was left out my butter and honey. I don't live far from this KFC and this was the best I had from here in MONTHS. Whoever you all had working, let her know good job.

Cashier was so helpful and so was the manager. They were both patient and suggested food for us to try. The restaurant was clean and the walls were decorated with stories about KFC & Colonel Sanders. It kept us intrigued reading them while we waited a couple minutes for our delicious food!!

First of all one day they said 45 minutes before we have chicken. Another time I ordered the 8 piece meal with 2 sides , mashed potatoes n gravy and corn. When I got home I had overcooked white macaroni instead of potatoes and gravy. I tried calling 3 different times and no answer. 😡😡

Sorry service waited 45 minutes and still no chicken this store is the sorriest kc we've been to.last 4 times we've gone has been bad need to shut it down and put something there.will definitely not go back

I went to KFC on January 29th at 9:45ish and it was only one worker there he was an African American gentleman with a black shirt and pants on. He was ALONE but was still very kind respectful and courteous. He brought the food out to us and was overall so kind and polite. He also got out food out pretty quick. Please try to find the worker that worked that night and give him some recognition his small kindness and patience made a horrible night 10x better
I went through the drive through and tried to order at the speaker. Who ever spoke to me must have had his mouth full of food, I could not understand him at all. I went to the window but he wouldn't come to take the order. I drove back to the speaker and he said come to the window. I didn't and he told me to never come back to the restaurant again. That's an unnecessary response. I will never go to that KFC again and I like most KFC restaurants. This happened on Saturday evening, 12/14/24. About 5:30 pm. It isn't because they were busy, they are rarely ever busy, the employee was rude, and acted like serving a customer was an inconvenience. I I owned that store I would never accept that attitude from anyone of my employees
