I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was terrible, the fries were awful. The place was so dirty, there were bugs everywhere, and the drink was rotten, and it smelled awful. It was a complete disaster. I couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes. After my order arrived, I threw it in the trash and left. The staff were all so dirty, so sullen and indifferent. I would never recommend it.

This women has very bad customer service, ask for chicken bucket with 6/2 leg/thighs . She refused to do it . She said it has to be half n half . Other fried chicken places will make it as we ask for . But she think she is manager and do things her own way . Pic 3-4 when she is giving free food to her friends. I posted she went outside to deliver the food to her own friends off the books . Then her friend went inside to grab free food too , hey colonel free food is been given away by your employees at this location
Chicken was soggy instead of been crispy , i took it back return all of them to manager she did replace it but made big scene about this exchange. Thanks other customers also saw that soggy chicken . They did agree with my point Posting all pics for your reference

The food was good but the service sucks really bad the lady who took my order had an attitude I donāt know if she was having a bad day or something but thatās no excuse to act like especially if youāre working in fast food and serving people I donāt ever recommend coming to this area ever

This is the worst place to eat they direct you to parking lot and they lock the lobby doors with the hours sign clearly says 11:00pm closing time at wich a person randomly comes out and hands out food to people waiting in cars we've been her 45 min for a bowl and three chicken strips also the African American lady that comes out is mean and rude and is walking the parking lot like she is tuff a couple asked why they couldn't go in she said we're closed and they asked why and she showed them away and walked off I've never seen someone be so rude to customers this looks so bad on kfc it's terrible something needs to be done thank you

I''ve ordered from this location 2 different times since it's close to where I live, and both times were absolute KFC Hell. I implore anyone ordering KFC to try a different location. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, specifically a bigger man in a red managerial polo. Your wait everytime will be looking like 40 minutes to an hour.

I held in my tears when an African-American lady worker around 30-50 years old here was making a loud (signing) sound and was angry at me for not knowing the menu well because it was my first time. My dad and I was nice to her though even though she treated us badly.
She told my dad that he can't buy the family menu because they have no more chicken left and right now it is 2pm usually fast food restaurants should have food for the customers (?) But its okay maybe something happened today in the restaurant.
I pray that God shows her true love and that He is the only one who can set her free from anything including depression, sadness, sorrow, pain, anger, and unforgiveness.
I forgive this woman because she doesn't know. Forgive people who do wrong and Jesus will forgive you too. ā¤ļø and pray this KFC restaurant has Jesus š
The employees donāt know how to treat customers. Nasty attitudes, will not be back.

Workers are insanely rude. I come to this location only because it is close to my job after work. Every time I come in (usually place Mobile orders) asks did you order something? Slow and terrible service, met with attitude. Needs to do better and stop being rude!!
