Ordered the smashed potato bowl My fries were still. Also ordered 3pc fried chicken, chicken batter was soggy and greasy falling apart. 2nd time being here giving it another shot and my food again was shot! Never ever again waste of money.

Each man holding and arm.What a great team you have here!

After eating here and reading the reviews, cold food is the problem....Ordered a bowl cold sent it back got a new one hands it to me.... I can tell it's not much better... room temperature.Would love to have the luxury of asking for another, but I don't get paid by the hour. Sadly, I ate my room temperature food i paid premium price for. Thanks KFC

To all customers who order to go, make sure right then and there open your sandwich because I was given the worst pieces of chicken for how expensive it is ! I was shocked and didn't eat it and haven't eaten all day! Worst of the worst sandwich I've ever seen I will be posting pictures.

I’ve been here 3 times and every time I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes for my food and or I’ve been missing an item or an item has been wrong. Last night I ordered through the app it said it was ready so I went to pick it up they said they had no record of my order and told me I sent it to another location. Then told me to order it again where they could get their money. 20 minutes later we got everything sorted out but I will definitely not be going back.
