Very bad customer service. They didn't give me my chicken, they gave me an incomplete one. It's not fair. I paid for it and they didn't give it to me. I didn't go for it anymore. I live 40 minutes away. I don't recommend it. Besides, they're racist.

First I couldn't get a 16-piece crispy family meal. They should only do a half and half mix. Then my 8 biscuits were 5 biscuits and three tiny chunks of biscuit! For almost $50 dollars I expected better and I got 6 wings! The only good KFC in south Oklahoma City is at 29th and S May!!

If you want to get good customer service do not come here. They will let you stand at the front counter while they look at and ignore you the whole time. On top of that they got people in the back playing pac man instead of working. Sad that nobody knows what customer service is.

This location was usually my go-to for KFC food, but a few nights ago I stopped by to pick up some fresh chicken and my family was disappointed. Either the chicken was old or recooked in old oil, and it was far from fresh and good taste. I won't return for quite a while.

Let me briefly say the mashed potato potatoes were most watery mashed potatoes I have ever eaten in my entire life. With that being said, let’s move on. I’m not sure why they even take your order when they’re just gonna give you whatever it is that they want to give you. I ordered two thighs, a side of mashed potatoes and a side of gravy. I open the box I have potatoes and gravy coleslaw the tiniest wing I have ever seen in my life and a chicken breast. Also a biscuit that I never ordered. I have no words. I think the girl at the window might’ve been on drugs. She was zooming around. I wouldn’t have thought much about it if there was a ton of people there, but there was nobody in the parking lot and it was only me in the drive-through.

Ordered through Uber eats barely any sauce on the " saucy" nuggets,fries cold,shorted a biscuit and my KFC sauce which they charged me for. 0 stars do Not recommend

I have been down from surgery but I had been craving KFC for while now, so I sent my husband to pick me up food 3 different times in the last 2 months, so today was my day to go since I'm back up driving. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru super fast and friendly guy in the window. So out of the 4 times I have eaten at this KFC @240 and S. Western in the pass few months it has a 10 out of 10 they are back on the map......good, fresh, hot, tasty are a few words that come to mind.....thanks to all the crew at the KFC that has turn me back in to a Fan again.

Picked up a chicken sandwich today about 3:00 ish. Both crew members that helped me were extremely nice and even said Thank you have a good day. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but now a days its hard to even get a thank you. Great customer service and my sandwich was fresh. TY!
