If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up 45-30 mins prior to close on 2/6/24. They did not answer their drive through. We tried speaking up respectfully to get their attention and we heard the click of the mic turning off. I’ve worked fast food my whole life and would never imagine treating a customer this way. I called trying to see what the deal was. They answered me, hung up before a word could be said, and unplugged their phones. You take orders until your stores designated closing time not 30-45 mins prior. Dear manager, your night shifts behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I have understanding for the grueling nature of fast food but if you signed up for the job you signed up to take orders until your stores closing time. Not to mention the state of the food I’ve received in the past. Unacceptable, completely

We live right down the street from this KFC. Every time we go here they forget at least one part of our order, unless it’s just an order for 1 side of mashed potatoes. Tonight I placed an order for a 12 piece extra crispy bucket with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 1 side of fries. My roommate gets here at pickup time and they forgot 1 side of fries and 1 side of mashed potatoes. Well apparently they were out of fries and had to make more. They give him the fries after several minutes and still don’t give him the mashed potatoes. He reminds them they also forgot the mashed potatoes. He finally gets home after 30 minutes and we realize our chicken is also wrong. They gave us original instead of crispy. Just frustrating our entire order was basically wrong and this happens every time we go there.

The best KFC! Food was actually fresh and tasty, friendly staff and much better than the stores here in Norman. Next time we're in that area we will visit again.

At October 1st at 1:18 I decided to go to KFC for lunch what I found was disappointing. When you go eat somewhere you expect a clean atmosphere. This is unacceptable when it comes to appearance, the lobby was the same way. I saw what was under the kitchen I seen chicken, food, sauces,drinks. I just want to let people know what horrible standards are when there is no supervision. My ticket number was #3041

I placed an order through the KFC app for 2 buckets of Original. Having it delivered through DoorDash. KFC told thedoor dash driver they only had the Extra crispy. Then KFC let the driver cancell my order without talking to me. KFC should have contacted me about it.
