I was at this kfc location 7/24/25. I'd like to give a BIG shout out to the young man who helped me get my elderly friend who is wheelchair bound out the door & to my car. Though they really need to paint their lines/wheelchair accessible parking. Serv was great friendly. Today in drive thru had to wait 3 mins on fries, no problem, but I really could have used some napkins in my bag.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been! I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order. Terrible stale fries, terrible management saw one of the workers picking out the big wings and throwing in small ones. Just horrible place got my order wrong forgot items and was really inattentive to the front desk

We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for our order. Doors are locked and we keep having to tell them the name on our order. They said the chicken “just got done” like they were shocked that someone would order chicken at a chicken place. I would give a zero star rating if I could. This place needs to be shut down! Awful service!

It's my son's birthday and we have waited over an hour for our order, been treated disrespectfully and our food was guven to someone else and then they said they didn't have any chicken and was refusing our refund!!! We finally called the cops and they gave us a refund.

Went thru the line just now and I'm still waiting...I pull up to the speaker, he greets me normally. I say may I have a moment to look, he says ok and not 30 seconds go by and he's hounding me about ordering and is rude as hell, then I pull up and he's standing there hiding behind the new kid. That's the kind of management this place has. Good job bro. Such a man 🤷♀️

We won't be going back the biscuit was raw dough!! chicken dripping in grease potatoes and gravy so thick could hardly eat and my husband didn't get all his order i think those young people there need a new manager imean really a raw buscuit!! Raspberry tea was very good lol
