7months pregnant & sent my sister for KFC , MADE HER PROMISE to bring back coleslaw & original chicken I paid $30 & received no coleslaw & crispy chicken , I never call to complain - but phone rang and rang , I’m so upset I could cry , my sister won’t drive back to get a new order I’m DONE DONE ? *CW*

We won't be going back the biscuit was raw dough!! chicken dripping in grease potatoes and gravy so thick could hardly eat and my husband didn't get all his order i think those young people there need a new manager imean really a raw buscuit!! Raspberry tea was very good lol

I've been to this KFC multiple times, and each visit has been frustrating. The wait times are consistently long, and even the most basic orders come out wrong. On several occasions, I’ve asked for sauces verbally, only to be reassured they were in the bag, but they weren’t when I checked. The service definitely needs improvement.

Didn't get any food, got there at 10:35 and the doors were locked, went to the drive through and an employee said he was waiting on drawer money, then a black car pulled up and he said it was them and told me to drive back through. Drove back through and was ghosted, so I tried the door again, still locked. Will NEVER go to the 39th location again. Went to churches and was out in 5 minutes with fresh cooked food. Bye KFC!

There was only 1 employee when I came in, getting the counter, the drive thru and making food himself. I did not catch his name but he was absolutely killing it. Get this man some help.
Always charging different prices and always getting my order wrong and one of the managers did not know how to make a refund. So I give this store a very poor score.

I ordered 3 original thighs and a side of okra, no okra, coleslaw which I am allergic to! I will continue to leave for the reviews until you accommodate what they screwed up! And 3 pieces of original thighs for $10 is ridiculous! And not enough ice to get 1 mile away home.. and the tea was very bitter like old AF!

Whatever rude individual who is working the drive through needs to be fired. He was miserable and rude….and when were ready to leave to and cancel our order for fear he would do so,etching to our food he started screaming at us like a lunatic….also offering us a job there ?. We were the only customers there. He obviously wants to keep it that way….we had to drive by after leaving the another restaurant and it was a ghost town. Now my 92 year old granny don’t get the kfc she wanted. Rude human being.

I walked in just after they opened. Everything is ready. Everything is fresh. The floors were clean the people were nice. I ordered way too much food so no I did not go hungry. Unfortunately I also did not getting part of my order which means I won't be back. There was no other customers and store full of fabulous ready to do the day employees. I wasn't in a hurry. So I can't believe that wasn't their very best efforts for customer service. For the sake of business, I sure hope they figure out how to do better in the future. Was it that I asked but it wasn't rang up? Did I not get it because I didn't pay for it because it wasn't put on the list as requested? I don't know because I didn't feel like I needed a receipt. I said it more than once. So I just don't have any confidence. Maybe reading back the order would prevent the error for someone else. It won't be me. The chicken was just okay. The mac n cheese was suffering but acceptable. The biscuit was awesome! The mashed potatoes were great. Like I said, I didn't go hungry. If you are eating in, it would likely be a great place to dine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spots close to the door. Ramp was between them. The parking was actually quite nice. Door was not too heavy to open either.

This KFC used to be decent but not anymore. Ordered an 8 piece family meal and what I got was disgusting. The picture of the gravy pretty much encapsulates the experience. The extra crispy chicken was dark brown and tasted like burnt oil. Gravy looked like I opened up a can of dog food. I would have taken the food back but I didn't get a receipt.
