Now it has become more clear why KFC has declining sales. I ordered an 8 pc extra crispy with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. You know it's bad when the biscuits were crispier than the chicken. The chicken was not even close to crispy. The corn was nasty and tasteless. You can tell they mix the old stuff with the new. The cole slaw was the only thing good but that comes premade in a bag so it's hard to screw that up. Even the sweet tea was horrible. Should be illegal to even call that sweet tea. Took almost 10 mins for someone to even wait on me at the counter and they weren't the friendliest either.
Overall, I can honestly say that I will not spend my hard earned money on this garbage ever again. Do yourself a favor KFC and just close your doors permanently. It's obvious you don't care about serving good food.
Close the KFC and put a Jollibee there. I would be there everyday!!!

I always have a great experience at this KFC! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The restaurant is spotless every time I visit, from the dining area to the drink station. The manager and the employees are always so nice, welcoming, and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best KFC locations around!

Friendly staff but I had a pot pie missing out of my order. Ordered 3 items only got 2.
I haven't eaten KFC in two years. Before that it had just been really bad experiences every time. I tried it again because of the free bucket coupon. I ordered original recipe. It was luke warm, tough, and was not fresh. The biscuits were stale and luke warm. The mashed potatoes were hot at least, and the gravy was as well. For these prices though its not worth trying again.

Ordered an individual fires. No one else was in the parking lot or behind me in the drive thru. I tas told it would be a few minutes. No big deal. Hoping they would be fresh. Waited 27 minutes!! Was delivered with a 'sorry about that' but come on KFC. That is horrible business practice. Couldn't go inside to ask about because the doors were locked for plumbing issues.
