I haven't eaten KFC in two years. Before that it had just been really bad experiences every time. I tried it again because of the free bucket coupon. I ordered original recipe. It was luke warm, tough, and was not fresh. The biscuits were stale and luke warm. The mashed potatoes were hot at least, and the gravy was as well. For these prices though its not worth trying again.

Ordered an individual fires. No one else was in the parking lot or behind me in the drive thru. I tas told it would be a few minutes. No big deal. Hoping they would be fresh. Waited 27 minutes!! Was delivered with a 'sorry about that' but come on KFC. That is horrible business practice. Couldn't go inside to ask about because the doors were locked for plumbing issues.

One car in the parking lot no cars in the drive-through.This event started at the speaker to order in the drive-through I sat there for a little bit and then I finally ask is anybody there and the girl comes back Can you wait just a second well that was the second time I should’ve just drove off ordered and the girl took my money and said pull around to the front and you know you want to go there’s nobody in the parking lot there’s nobody behind me but anyway you go to the front and the girl comes out the front door almost as soon as you pulled in the parking space get back to the hotel. I order original fried chicken and I don’t know what I got, but it wasn’t fried chicken and it wasn’t the original fried chicken. The pieces look like they had been sitting under a hot lamp all Day. The only good thing I can say is the girl that took my money and gave me my change said thank you. KFC started with Colonel Sanders today I think it’s ran by Gomer Pyle
The food was old cold and nasty I didn't want to give it to a homeless person or a animals afraid they might have gotten sick. Grease tasted old chicken seemed like it was sitting under that warmer all darn day. The employee was nice kind friendly and fast to serve me that garbage the restaurant was clean because they didn't have to cook cause they cooked it all at once when they opened and sold it ALLLLLL DAY!!!!! the chicken was dark and hard I really could've used it as a weapon if someone tried to rob me that is a bad area too ijs.

I got a big box with a drink and a famous bowl. My big box chicken was pink and got asked to bring it back to check to make sure with the receipt.. I did and the lady didn't check it she opened the box then closed it really fast. So I went back to work thinking I still have the famous bowl but no there's a blue hair in it. So trash that goes now I have no lunch and I lost money on food I can't eat. Thanks for reminding me why I stop going back to KFC..

The food has fallen off since Covid. My order was correct but not fresh. I used to love KFC. I especially loved the wings. But since they have discontinued them, I do not frequent the establishment as often.
