Pulling in to the parking . Grown up grass, not clean and manicure around front door was concerning. Going to the bathroom and entering was a at your own risk. Strong Grease and urine smell will turn your stomach . Trying to wash hands in the dingy unclean sink was tough due to the smell. Walking to place our order with the three people talking loud behind the courner about taking care of whoever and messing them up. After ordering and going to set down we were looking a clean table. A two person out off to the side from the other tables that had trash and not been cleaned and swept under. The drive thru had a couple of cars come through. The cashier started telling this other employee she was tired of doing his job of putting corn in the microwave . Needless to say we were told from friends that it had just reopen due to some issues of the same problems. No wonder the KFCs are nearly all gone due to this. Our food was so so. Glad we didn't get sick over our decision to stop and eat.

Insensitivity and inattentive staff this is not about food, is about crew member service and how they minimize you there's no customer service there i can deal with food but there no reason for leaving a place in tears for thing other places can completely fix i don't use to complain about a thing but if something is really messy I would sait because im.not reach and that's my money I was completely hungry I spend all day at hospital with my child so I find this place to eat basically it was the first place I saw and that was my mistake and I regret and decided to no came back to this place I know that no one cares but when you let your staff steal from your clients that's not a good thing and they cover each other's so no customer service, no solutions and a bad environment it's all that you find there. Absolutely my personal opinion there's at least one person who looks like really cares but the rest is just a joke.

Food is good but unfortunately the cashier at drive thru didn't give me any change or ticket, that young lady told me just to pull my car and waiting after a couple minutes I drove back to drive thru asking for my ticket and my change and I saw different people and they say they tried to find my order but it looks like It's missing or void order but I mean they told me to shoe them what was inside my box, I just order a fill up 3pcs chicken tenders meal but it just disappeared and ask to another lady about it the fact that I drove and left without my ticket and change but they can't do anything it just took a minute to question me about and all personal said they didn't see me before but c'mon the meal was already with me, so no solution, no ticket and no change back to me, there was nice personnel there that just make said it's okay that was my fault for drive and pull out my car waiting for my change but I think that was a mistake from me but an advance from the cashier on turn cause after that she was hidden and she came once the manager call all to the windows to see who was the person that took my order and when I point on her she was so disappointed and said she didn't see me but that's it my 7 dollars fill up at the end cost me 20 bucks and no resolution There was just a bad experience from one person but the rest of the team was at least trying to help.

Don't go there!!! Waited about 30 min and was only the 3rd car back from the speaker. No customer service, I mean it was none existent. The food was old and the restaurant smelled dirty/unclean when they opened the window. The woman at the window wore her gloves to handle money and the food. She charged us wrong and also the sofa was flat flat! I imagine this place will be shut down soon, they certainly aren't trying to insure it makes any kind of money. Gross, waist of money, and time.

This is the second experience. The first was bad as well, but I figured that every restaurant has screw ups now and then so gave another chance. I went through the drive thru, approximately 7 pm. 7 minutes from restaurant to my home. Sides are good. Mashed and gravy are hot, coleslaw is cold and crisp, biscuit is buttery. The main course, original strips in my case are awful. Dried out and leathery, cold, and difficult to eat. I received six sporks but my sauce was forgotten. One star. Chicken is the advertised product not the sides. The product I received was not edible. I wasted my money here.

Twice now my husband and I have tried to eat at this particular restaurant and we have been disappointed both times. You would think that a restaurant (even fast food) on a Friday night at 6:30pm that you would have food available for supper time. They were out of just about everything. The staff were rude and unapologetic to boot. Didn't order anything.
