Absolutely the worst experience. Manager insulted me,they forgot the strips and the biscuits even after telling me the order was complete. They don't start a mobile order till you get there. What's the purpose of ordering ahead on the app. This store needs to follow most of the other located CLOSE2ND terrible visit to this location, never again.Not a kevin, I manage a restaurant & know what it takes to be successful... and this is NOT the way. You wouldn't get this experience at Chick-fil-A. Character counts.

Order was supposed to include an 8 piece chicken (2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breast, 2 wings) received 6 legs and 4 thighs all smushed together in a sloppy mess. Was also supposed to receive 8 strips which they decided I really didn’t need so they kept those. Terrible food. Terrible service. Incompetent employees. Gave 1 star on the atmosphere because the building at the drive thru window looked disgusting like maybe customers had spit on it.

My last time eating there. I originally ordered white meat and after I paid was told they were out of white meat. I took the original thighs they had and the entire box was undone bloody meat. This will be my last time eating there. I had already waited for someone to address me at the drive thru for a while. The entire service was bad. My stomach begin to hurt. I called and ofcourse the phone just kept ranging. This occurred March 9, 2024 a little bit before 8pm.

This was probably my worst experience in fast food. I sat at the window for 10 minutes to receive fries that were terribly cold & stale. Biscuits were all tiny, hard & crunchy…as if they had been left in the heater all day. The black lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant though, she is the only reason this place deserved the 1 star it got from me.
Wow, just wow! Don't waste your time. Sat in drive thru 5+ mins with Noone else around. Girls inside when we asked to order said be patient we will get with you as soon as possible while laughing at us!!! Wow again wow! How do they stay open if not taking orders?
