I really like Koala Tea, but today I had a very bad experience. The young girl working on Sunday morning was quite RUDE. I ordered my drink and she didn’t greet me or say a single word to me, and she also made my order wrong. I asked for 25% sugar, but it tasted like 100% sugar.

Don’t go when too busy, employees can’t give orders right and labels are not on cups. Staff couldn’t take responsibility of there error and wanted to charge me full price for my correct drinks to remake.

I have a hard time seeing and the wonderful young lady at the counter helped me out, she was an absolute gem and the lychee tea with lychee popping boba is to die for!!!!! I’m definitely coming back here often to try all the flavors that I can, it’s so refreshing and delicious! 10/10, the environment is super friendly and calm too! Love it here!!!! The person at the counter was named V, she needs a raise for her hard work!!!!

My friend recommended me this place so I finally went today and tried. The place was nice but the girl that took the order was very much unwelcoming and rude. It was my first time so I asked her what she would recommend and she just stood there in silent. I ordered the drinks and it all came out ok… I would not go back due to poor customer service.

We ordered boba soda something we seen a customer before us ordered they were refreshing and not too sweet definitely coming back We stayed and played competitive tik-tac-toe and checkers on the sofas while vibe out to the music

Their drinks taste like flavored water. The atmosphere and environment is nice but the drinks are very low quality. The cups are flimsy, making it easier for spills

The okiwina cream tea is delicious and their Vietnamese coffee was amazing as well, its a cute boba shop and super affordable with lots of variety and customization to your drinks.

My son and I got strawberry tea and tiger tea. Both drinks were really great. The right amount of flavor and sweetness. The staff were nice and helpful. We will definitely be back to visit and try different flavors.
