I had an online order turned in and it was sitting on the counter i walked in to get it and they made me wait in line behind 20 people instead of just grabbing it and going like its supposed to be my order was made before everyone else even got there

Whent to buy new doughnuts and they were out of all...😤😤😤

I drove a very far way to get my birthday donuts and also buy a dozen glazed. This was my first time coming to this location. I think Krispy Kreme's has one of the best donuts but not after today, well at least not at this location in Oklahoma City. I went through the drive thru and first noticed I got charged for my birthday donuts when they are suppose to be free. Then I noticed the quality of these donuts looked and tasted nothing like that I have received at any other Krispy Kreme locations in other states and what they advertise every where. I've attached a picture of the poor quality of donuts I received and a picture of what they should look like that they advertise. Normally they are fluffy and fill the box but they were very small, overly cooked, so sad looking and did not fill the box at all. I felt like I got cheated.😓

Great customer service and Wonderful & Friendly Staff. I have food allergies and They Go (Auria)out of their way to make sure they got my donuts hot off the line. Auria Has Been Great i've been here every other day. And today Auria helped me with My Order and Erin was a cashier !!!! 💯% Best Customer Service & The Best Donuts 🍩 😊

Original glazed donuts are still the best, BUT, rather expensive at $15.99 per dozen. They ran out of the Halloween donuts so my daughter couldn't get one 😔.
