I ordered 2 bacon tacos, and everything was excellent. The tortillas were perfectly cooked, very soft and fresh. Everything tasted great, and the young man who attended me provided outstanding service. He is very good at customer service, and there should be more employees with that kind of attitude. Messed up my entire order on DoorDash, apparently they don’t have guacamole and a bunch of other items on their menu, refuse to give my chips to the delivery person when I paid for two bags, and ignored me when I messaged about the issues.

I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

Morning shift manager was incredibly rude to me and family that has been sent that way to try it. Food is almost always overcooked and dried out. Working next door and have given multiple chances do not recommend

every since that new manger took over this place just keep getting worse.. never right prices posted.. always missing items and always when i go pay there that one girl aways trying to guilt trip me to sign up for so called reward.. with passive agressiveness.. but the people making the food most times i like and are helpful.
Laredo Taco has very good food. It is a take out situation, there no tables, it is located in 711 stores. Take out is the only option. Try them out, their is very good.

This place is in the 7-11, the young man waiting on us did a good job and was very personable! The menu was NOT accurate, no guacamole, no hot sauce, looks like they have been lacking in supplies for a while. The tortillas were excellent! My husband was disappointed that he ordered the quesadilla platter and all it was, was a flour tortilla with chicken only, with a side of refried beans and rice. It was NOT a quesadilla!!

Decided to try this for the first time on Wednesday the 2nd just before 2pm. Big mistake. Ordered chicken fajita tacos in flour tortillas. Went to pay. Came back and picked up my bag and went home only to discover it was nothing more than chicken wrapped in the tortillas. No red and green bell peppers or onion. Even the salsa bar was empty. What type of person does this? The type of person working at a Laredo Taco inside a 7-Eleven. I'll never again be a customer. Lesson learned.
