I am becoming so frustrated with terrible service. Ugh. I came in here at dinner time (6-7 PM), there was no employee at the counter. I had to ring the counter bell numerous times before someone came up. The employee did not seem interested in helping me. The food is usually okay here, but my chicken is rock hard today. She had to have known it was not fresh. Why would you knowingly give a customer bad food?? I have had numerous bad experiences with service and cleanliness at Laredo Taco locations. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, because the food is usually good, but I keep getting let down. They don't seem to have any oversight.

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Never in my life did I expect to get quality authentic tacos from 7/11. These things are dirt cheap and they are made fresh. The quality was just wonderful. It was cooked fresh I had two varieties of pork taco both were exceptional. Very happy and will be back.

I didn't actually eat here, we went to the 7-11 that it is inside of. But I will say when we went on 6/12/24 there was a guy working and he was so sweet and helpful. Held the door the entire time my elderly father was going in the store (took a good 5 min at least) and then proceeded to help us get the things we needed. He was wonderful. I wish I knew his name (he had a name tag, I just can't remember what it said) so that I could tell management how good of an employee he is!!

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.

Quite frankly I work for this company and I can't even eat their meals because sobecause some cooks cook it better yeah I don't want orato tacos but Simon don't care and they don't cook it at all
