Most of the food was decent but you can tell some of the food left out in the buffet was going bad. There's a lack of staffing but the waiters did their best to tend to all of the customers. My biggest issue is that they will charge a 10% fee on the final receipt without telling you. We asked for an itemized receipt to explain why our total didn't match our calculations. They couldn't produce an itemized receipt. I looked around and there was nothing that informed us of this fee. That is such a shady business practice. I will not be going back because I don't believe the owners have honest business practices.

Overall atmosphere is quiet and cozy. Everything was kept very clean. That said, the buffet is a bit overpriced, and we would have liked someone to explain how everything worked, being that we were first-time guests.

Finally! Me and my husband went to an extremely popular hot pot in LA and when we came back to okc no one came close… till now!

(Note) ALWAYS HAVE A MIXTURE OF THE GARLIC SAUCE THEY GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE! USE AS DIP!!

Update: Do watch what you get charged. I was charged a tip after I left even though I said no tip because our server was either on his phone or ignoring us. Things have changed over time.

Our first time trying hot pot and we loved it! Went for my birthday and had the best time. The overall vibe here is pretty laid back. They kept everything stocked, and the restaurant was clean. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with explaining how everything worked. 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere was really nice and the staff was decent. Unfortunately, I found a fly frozen into one of the mushrooms in the buffet (I alerted the staff and they hesitated to remove), and then a caterpillar came up my hot pot while cooking—not exactly what you want floating up in your food. The vegetables in the buffet still had dirt on them and some of the buffet seemed a bit unsanitary. They only gave me 50% off my dish instead of comping it entirely, which was surprising since I couldn’t finish eating after that (my hot pot was majority full) and got sick. This was my first time trying a hot pot, and while I’ll definitely give it another shot somewhere else, I won’t be coming back here.

Very unhygienic. The waiter was always in a rush and got my order wrong multiple times… not enough variety. OVERPRICED for absolutely nothing. Don’t recommend AT ALL unless you want to pay $50 per person no matter the amount you eat. You make the food yourself just for them to charge you for doing absolutely nothing.

Great hot pot spot to check out where it's self service. A little pricey but it's worth it for the variety of soup add ins you have. I loved the lemon grass tea and it's a cute restaurant

Seafood smelled fishy didn't sit down. Buffet style not what we were looking for at all.

Can’t say it was worth $120….the waitress was very attentive considering it was just her taking care of of the whole restaurant. However, the food itself was pretty plain Jane and nothing special. They had a wide selection of meats but that was about it and tasted borderline freezer burnt. Drove an hour to cure my craving for hot pot and it failed miserably.

Out of all the hotpot places, I've been to before. This one is by far the worst one. From the lousy worker who wouldn't take their eyes off his phone to the hidden fees they charge. This place is horrible. All the meats had frost on them, and the seafood had an awful fishy smell. The only thing decent was the vegetables. I would be careful with going with a lot of people. There was 5 of us and they charged us over $50 in gratuity fees, and table fees. Please think twice before going to this place, you would be better off getting fast food.

This place does not cater to people with special needs. The food is also very limited and sub standard!!!

I had never been to a hot pot place before and the gentleman helping us was very nice. Drink refills were rare.... And it didn't take long to understand how things work. If you've never been to a place like this there's a buffet and while you load up the items you wish to cook, they'll bring a bowl and put it in the hot plate that's inside the table... At that point you cook your own meal however you like. There was a wide variety meat, fish, seafood, veggies, and even a pretty good dessert section.
