Staff is the absolute rudest people ever, been several times thinking it’d change but no. Moved to the area about a year ago. Everytime I sit in the drive thru wait for like 15-20mins and doesn’t even inform us that there’s a wait just sitting there waiting and when saying hello due to not being sure literally told “ your going to need to wait”. Every o line order I’ll get notified it’s ready so I go to pick it up and I’m told I have to wait 15 mins. Another time inside a staff member just told my hub and what do you want….i get not having a big fake smile but I mean at least some sort of customer service or just in general not being rude to someone when your at work doing what your suppose to be doing taking orders etc etc

Food order are ok, but I made an online order and when I received an email that my orders are ready to pickup from drive through, I'd wait just for one car before me for over 15 minutes. My orders also short of Crazy Bread because they just don't have it, how come when you told me my orders are ready but short? Since my orders were made online, they can't refund me the short items but trade me for a bottle of drink or sauce. If I want to have crazy Bread, I have to wait for another 15 minutes and I can't wait for another 15 more minutes. Kids at home aren't happy already. Not sure if I'll ever go back to this location again. Other pizza stores are near by, so choose this location at your own risk.

It is 5:35pm on a Saturday and I'm the only car here. I have ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas. She said it would be 15min. I asked what all they have made, and I kid you not it was just 1 pepperoni pizza. So I guess I'm waiting. 15 min isn't that bad except ..... they are supposed to be hot and ready 😒

This place is terrible. Customer service is garbage. Ordered and paid online three pizzas and bread sticks. Got to the store and they said they're our of bread sticks do I want a 2 liter. I told them no just refund me the cost of the breadsticks. Manager said they can't just void one item they have to cancel the whole order and reorder the three pizzas.

The cost was MORE than what they refunded me and I got LESS!! They said it was because I ordered online and they can't apply online promos. Handed all their food back and left with nothing. I'm sorry it's YOUR screw up and I am not gonna pay more just because you can fill my order properly. Will not go back to this location at all ever again.

Laniaya was the girl working the drive thru this evening. She is literally what is wrong with todays youth and work ethic. As soon as someone would pull up to the menu, she would bark “pull up to the window”. She refused to say anything more and just repeated herself. Then once at the window she says “what do you want?” I don't know, you wouldn't answer questions and now you don’t have a menu! Terrible employee. Should prob stick to braiding hair…..

The workers at the store are incompetent and genuinely don’t care about service. My wife who is the nicest person. Had a horrible experience where the pizza was ready. But the workers didn’t realize for 10 minutes and made her wait. Brutal stuff. Pretzel crust is bomb tho.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience really bothered me. I stopped in on my way home about an hour before closing on 8/9/25, hoping to grab a Hot-N-Ready pizza. Instead, I was told — with an attitude, as if they were hoping I’d say no — that there weren’t any ready and it would be a 10–15 minute wait. When I said I was fine waiting, I heard exaggerated yelling in the background, like it was such a burden for them to make a pizza an hour before closing.

At that point, I didn’t even feel comfortable trusting the quality of food I’d get, so I told them to forget it and apologized for “bothering” them. Honestly, if I were the owner, I’d reconsider the entire staff working that night. As an employee, you’re there to represent the company and serve customers — not make them feel like an inconvenience. I get wanting to go home on time, but an hour before closing is not acceptable. I won’t be coming back.
