UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!

Ordered stuffed crazy bread and the people who work here just have the worst attitude even if you just want to fix a small mistake they make it seem like you are unwanted or as if it’s my fault they messed up

Ordered 1 Classic Pepperoni Pizza and 1 Pepperoni with veggies, plus a box of brownies. The driver delivered right on time. (Thank you!) The brownies were great, thank goodness, because both pizzas were too spicy hot to eat - burning our mouths hot.
We bought a Classic Pepperoni pizza here 10 days ago and enjoyed it, but the pepperonis today were much spicier than 2 weeks ago. Perhaps it is a change in supplier or recipe, but whatever, it is a waste of $42, and with a product that is unreliable, I don't recommend it unless you like it SPICEY HOT.

I get told that my order was ready but they gave it to someone else. And now I have to wait for my good. This is bullshit y'all should not say someone order is ready if it was not ready. I will never come yo this location again. I will go to the on nw 50th street before coming to this location because U know that it will be done before I get there.

We have used this place for years. Most of the time the food has been fine. Since covid, we have had poor service, items that were missed in the delivery and 1 delivery that just wasn't delivered and no refund. The gave me a number to door dash and nothing was ever done. We will not use this location ever again.

Horrible! The slowest place ever. I literally ordered it early so I could run in and pick up. So I prepaid.Then i get in when they tell me to get there and they haven't even put in the oven?? Like wth

Delivery is always wrong leaving off items ordered/prepaid for online with promises of refund later but that you never get. This Has happened more than once. Tasty food, was going to try the drive thru, however been sitting here 45 minutes so far this is Ultra slow

People here are extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t know how to speak to the customer and they’re rude when they do speak.
The food is greasy and undercooked at times depending on who works I’m assuming. Tonight was awful.

Very poorly run. BAD!

I had to get a new card after visiting this location because I suspected an employee may have taken a picture of my card. He was acting strangely and had his phone in hand while handling my transaction. I haven’t seen him there since, but now I try to place orders online to avoid giving them my card.

Unfortunately, the service here is consistently poor. The employees are often rude, lacking basic manners, and seem to go out of their way to be unfriendly—closing the window abruptly or giving unpleasant looks. My expectations are already low, but I’ve had significantly better experiences at other locations.

Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me, so I don’t have many alternatives. However, if I can, I’ll choose a different location.

I love their Detroit style deep dish pizza. Look at the amount of extra cheese just running off the sides and the caramelized crust. Just a wonderful job guys.
