Very friendly staff. I believe they are all one family. I'm quite sure that this is the shortest time I've ever waited from order to being served. Less than one minute. 2 Pepperoni,a Meat trio, Crazy bread, Marinara sauce, Garlic butter, yellow peppers, crushed Red Pepper, Parmesan cheese, lots of Napkins and a two liter Wild Cherry Pepsi to wash it down. It wasn't the great price or the lightning quick service that won me over. It was the smiles all around and the friendly treatment that will keep me coming back to that store. Great job.

Crew member got my order wrong and could/would not fix the mistake and refund me for the extra product I did not order. The manager gave me more food as an apology, this was not helpful and resulted in excess food waste.

I just an issue with the app where it put this location for my pickup even though I had chosen a different little Caesars and Julian I hope I spelt you’re name right and the light girl who answered the phone were so helpful and nice he was able to cancel and get my money back to me so that I could be able to feed my family tonight! Thank you again guys for all the help and making sure I didn’t overwhelm myself with this situation that could have turned out horrible if they hadn’t kept calm and polite five stars to you both thank you again so very much I truly appreciate you guys so very much!!
For a cheap meal little ceasar is the place to go and the food is decent for the price. I give it a 3 star rating which is only for the food particular extra modtedt bestiet stuff ctist peoperoni howeverif you take into consideration og the staff especially the dtaff at the nw 23rd and villa then i would have give it a rsting of 2 star. The employee are young probably still in high school but tend to act like they junior high and instead of focusing on the customer and their experience they are busy socializing amongs them self which cause the customer alomger wait time. I place my order by phone and it still takes me 30miin to get my order everytime.

More worried about gossip than helping customers. Never coming back, going back to pizza hut i will make sure I steer family and friends away from this chain so they don't have to experience the same level of incompetence, and unprofessionalism as I did. I use to love coming here when I was in college things have changed unfortunately for the worse.
