Food was ok & was ready on time, I think. Employee that answered phone could barely speak English and when I got there I wasn’t acknowledged even though I was the only customer inside. Then they couldn’t find my order, apparently they spelled my name wrong even though I spelled it out on the phone to them. What happened to service with a smile? Greet your customers. Be polite. Ask them if they need anything else. After all, if it wasn’t for your customers, you wouldn’t get paid. Please do better. God bless you all.

Supreme Nuggets

Rude people made us wait outside after drive thru but never told us we had to go inside to get it so we waited more than half an hour for a small order, ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very long wait at the drive thru if they use it at qll. They are a younger group and will ignore you an embarassingly long time if you are not.mexican. The food is sub par (even for Little Cesars Pizza) about 1/2 the time. Pepsii is never chilled and no mattee how long it takes, the pizza is gonna sit in the warmer until someone takes it home. This is ftom using the store on sw 59th/wqlker for over a yeqr as my main store. The only good things are the drugs being sold in the parking lot.

I now drive 20 out of my way to not go to this store any longer.

Lazy and poor customer service. Standing around doing nothing while saying the register and card machine isn't working and afterwards another customer came in and purchased something. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The employees are not good at there job and the store door is broken with no care to customers or damage to store or anyone. A huge safety hazard. The wait time was almost 30 minutes as they kept giving away part of the delivery order away and adding to my wait for my customers. Two of them to be exact. This is the worst Little Caesars and they must not care about how these employees effect their store and company as a whole. Everyone in the store today right now should be fired. Period.

The food was FRESH and tasted as good as it looked. The service was bueno. This particular one is in a predominate mexican area so brush up on your español although they speak English very well. The service would have received a better rating if the employees were wore smiles more often than not. Overall great job.

They took forever to make a special request pizza. The guy in front was new and still in training, apparently, but he specifically went to the back and asked them multiple times for the pizza and they didn't even make it until we asked for a refund. And then it took the manager 5 minutes to even come to give us our refund and she tried to give us the order instead of the refund, but by that point I didn't even want that pizza and the manager really acted like it was a problem to give a refund and then she tried blaming it on the new guy, apologizing that he was still in training. This manager was just in the back laughing and listening to music with coworkers like it was no big deal. Unprofessional
