Lazy and poor customer service. Standing around doing nothing while saying the register and card machine isn't working and afterwards another customer came in and purchased something. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The employees are not good at there job and the store door is broken with no care to customers or damage to store or anyone. A huge safety hazard. The wait time was almost 30 minutes as they kept giving away part of the delivery order away and adding to my wait for my customers. Two of them to be exact. This is the worst Little Caesars and they must not care about how these employees effect their store and company as a whole. Everyone in the store today right now should be fired. Period.

The food was FRESH and tasted as good as it looked. The service was bueno. This particular one is in a predominate mexican area so brush up on your español although they speak English very well. The service would have received a better rating if the employees were wore smiles more often than not. Overall great job.
They took forever to make a special request pizza. The guy in front was new and still in training, apparently, but he specifically went to the back and asked them multiple times for the pizza and they didn't even make it until we asked for a refund. And then it took the manager 5 minutes to even come to give us our refund and she tried to give us the order instead of the refund, but by that point I didn't even want that pizza and the manager really acted like it was a problem to give a refund and then she tried blaming it on the new guy, apologizing that he was still in training. This manager was just in the back laughing and listening to music with coworkers like it was no big deal. Unprofessional

The most unprofessional store I’ve ever been to in my life always has kids in here laughing playing around manager is very unprofessional. Everything’s always a joke in the store corporate really needs to look into this the way they treat their customers is crazy. They lock the door 30 minutes before they close and look at you and laugh! My wife was walking up to the door after they told us to come back in 10 minutes to grab our pizza they seen her getting out of the car and hurried up and lock the door. My wife knocked on the door for almost 5 minutes before they looked at her and unlocked it. This establishment is very unprofessional Will never come back to the store. I will drive all the way to Western to get pizza from now on even though the store is two minutes from my house. I will drive the extra five minutes for better customer service.

The customer service here is absolutely bullshit. If you're going to force people use the portal then be consistent with it or don't use it at all. And if you force people use it then the least the employees can do is make sure it's in the correct slot and not waste my time. Seriously do better because it should not have taken me that long to get my pizza that I ordered through the app. There's a reason people order ahead and it's not to sit around and waste time.

I was craving stuffed crust pizza so after I ordered it I ordered a LG fresh pepperoni, after 13 minutes I walked out and got back to the office t he pepperoni pizza tasted like cardboard and barely had enough cheese and pepperoni and the stuff crust was the same. Never again will I waste my time and money on anything from this pizza brand.

Those little pizza puffs are amazing. Once upon a time Little Caesars was awful but they have seriously upped their game. The stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was good as well. An amazing deal for the price. Not sure if I'm allowed to say this but much better than Domino's.

Pizza was saugie, and I ordered BBQ wings, and the young lady at the front counter drenched my wings in hot sauce. As I'm strictly required to stay away from spicy foods and things, I couldn't even enjoy my food. What a waste of money. I do believe that they should pay close attention to the employees they hire, being that respect and proper service for the customers can go a long way.

Pizza is by far one of the best things ever created and Little Ceaser's gives it Justice so if you want a pizza then this is where you should go. If you have to hurry off to work, then there's a drive through so you can just pull up and grab one before heading back out again.

Horrible service from the Hispanic women wearing a Halloween costume… was ordering at the drive threw and she said give me 1 minute and never responded .. drove to the window and a kid high as a kite with his pants sagging to his knees asked what I wanted .. I ordered 3 extra most best … only got 1 and 2 regular pepperonis. She always has an attitude… I get it people have a bad day but it’s every time I go their .. I kid you not once she tried to charge me for cheese … I’m done with this store .
