I have tried going here many times when I get off work and want something hot n ready, but unfortunately everytime I go I in here I am never greeted, the employees don't speak good English at all, and I find myself waiting on someone to come from the back to hand me a pizza. The service absolutely SUCKS!!!! maybe if I looked Hispanic they would acknowledge me sooner like they do some of the other customers I have seen come thru here. Even the person working the drive-thru dosent acknowledge people when they come in the store. Like what happened to customer service? I will probably avoid this locatin and go Caseys just down the street. Maybe they should just put them in some type of vending machine and let people grab their own and self check-out

If you do a phone order, you will still have to wait in the long drive thru line to pick it up because they close their lobby before the time they say they will. They close it earlier than 10 pm. So just be ready and expect to wait 20 plus minutes to pick up your order.

We haven't ordered from here in a long while so we decided to order pizza since we had our grandbabies over and they wanted pizza. We got them the cheese pizza which was the only thing that was decent. The breadsticks more like stick looking not fluffy and soft like how they used to be AND our Deep dish pepperoni was trash it's like you guys saved that from early afternoon it was dry as heck that the sauce was dried up somewhere? we end up throwing it away and we didn't have time to load the grandbabies back in the car and drive back to your store. We won't be back and no I won't call the 800 number either. Save your free coupons etc. We will keep going elsewhere for great pizza! Yours is NOT it!!
