I came in and placed an order at 9:10pm and it’s been an hour and the quiet guy taking the order must have been new bc he had zero customer skills, no voice or volume, had no idea how to place orders in and forgot to let us 17 people know that the oven stopped working and they were closing down. Darrell who just be the MOD stepped in to help me get my refund bc after an hour of waiting I was upset and hungry and it’s way late to be out here dealing with a newbie who doesn’t know how to communicate let alone deliver good customer service. Never coming back.

Ordered pepperoni bread. 20 minutes for the order to be done. Received the order, had been sitting out, Luke warm. Store being run by who knows. They had had no hot and ready pizzas, zero, zilch, nada. If there was a manager on duty, they need to be fired. That is the last time to go there. Save your money. I estimate 5 people walked out because of no pizzas.

I was in the store May 21, 2025 @ 5:15pm and overheard the way the manager Daryl was speaking to his employees. It was disrespectful and disgusting. Threatening them that he won't ring up their order and they won't be able to eat. Then when they simply asked why? He threatened them with termination. I asked him for the corporate number to call and report his terrible treatment of his employees. He refused to give the number, yet another strike against this unprofessional. He seems racist

When the manager is there its tip top! He's a real old school personal kind of guy that will call ya by name if you visit a few times a month. If he's not i dont know what gets into the crew but they sure have a hard time amd plan for an extra 45 minute to hour wait. You'll be able to tell as soon as you pull up cause there will be people waiting everywhere if its an off dsy.

Too many kids playing around that are reportedly working, when I arrived I was told about 5 more minutes and I seen the orders in the case, after approximately 2 minutes she said oh it says it’s ready and they pulled my order right out, it was there when I walked in. I ordered a cup of jalapeño cheese for the breadsticks and lo and behold it wasn’t there. I then call the store and the guy that answers was like so let me get this strait you got your pizza, bread and red sauce but. I cheese. I thought isn’t that what I just said!! He ask me if I want a refund for the cheese or if I wanted to come back I just drove through a ton of traffic since the high school is having their graduation I was not driving through that again. I told him this is why I don’t eat at little Cesar’s and that I would be giving them a bad review on google!! The pizza wasn’t even that good it was over cooked

I ordered my food at 6:40 pm and was supposed to be ready at 7:14pm. Nope my order never hit the oven the whole hour I sat in that place. 30 angry people out front and not one hot and ready anything. Whoever is the manager tonight is getting a free check off yall. I will start going to another one that's for sure. The manager tonight was sitting back watch all the other 3 sink that's crazy.

Absolutely loved my experience at this location. I arrived about 45 minutes til closing on a rainy day! All staff members were friendly and the store was well kept! While waiting for my pizza (I requested fresh ) I had the pleasure of speaking to the young man at the front counter, I can tell he takes pride in his job and is eager to grow within the company!

Horrible come here all the time but while waiting for order to be made whoever was making the pizza before oven was cussing loudly and acting very unprofessional and making comments about every little order coming through including mine will no longer use this location evening staff unprofessional the only professional employee was the young lady cashier
